Excellent Service. I had them clean my 1/1.5 condo a few days ago and it still feels fresh now. Great work on the bathrooms and careful attention to detail on walls and the kitchen countertops and fridge. Also really good organization, I didn’t know you could fold blankets in such professional ways. Will definitely be a recurring customer!!!

For example, there was some confusion around pricing. I think an onsite walk-through before the cleaning would’ve cleared up a lot of the uncertainty, especially since they’re located just a short walk away from me. It felt a bit unprofessional when, in the middle of the cleaning, I was told the price would be higher, or they’d have to leave. Then, to be asked to pay on the spot was unexpected. I get that my place needed more attention than I originally anticipated, but I didn’t realize that when I first reached out.

Overall, if you’re looking for thorough, high-quality cleaning, Queen Bee Cleaning Service is definitely worth considering. However, I’d recommend they work on communication and professionalism, as those are areas that could take their service from good to great. If they address those issues, this could easily be a five-star experience!
