BEWARE-this company and it’s owner, Denny Perreault, is a total profiteer. I have not been unfortunate enough to experience an apartment flood until recently. I knew nothing of the procedures to follow, asked around and came up with Denny’s number. I did know I had to act quick or the carpet flooding would turn to mold. I was certainly upset and Denny, with his used car salesman verbiage, explained to me I had absolutely nothing to worry about. He was the best in the business and he would take over my troubles, handling not only the clean-up but paperwork etc. No money would coast be able to refurnish what I had lost. Fast forward Denny and his crew ripped up all of my carpets, tore out the wall edges and set up blowing fans for three days. In all they probably worked about four hours total.Being a novice and in need of help I trusted my apartment to him. Then of course I came to find there was a new rule in Florida that Insurance would only pay out 10,000. Didn’t seem right but the problem increased when Denny told me he was billing the insurance 9300 dollars. Wow, I couldn’t believe it. Four hours work and some blower rentals where of course the electric bill was on me? I tried to understand where the fairness is in Denny getting 93 percent of the money. Well simply there is no fairness and I believe I was fleeced. The plumbing cost 1000 so I was left with nothing. I urge anyone going through a similar situation to not be so trusting and find out before someone tells you, “No worries, I got this” Again BEWARE, even in trying times people are out to get your money!!!

Denny is a true professional. I spoke to him on Wednesdays by Thursday the job was complete the workmanship and professionalism exceeded my expectations Highly recommend.

I had just finished remodeling my kitchen and needed my area rugs cleaned last minute before Thanksgiving. Denny was prompt and gave great customer service. He was able to come out the next day and did a fantastic job. My rugs look great!

My husband contacted Denny and he was on site within 15 minutes, and he had all of the needed equipment set up in less than 30 minutes. We couldn't be happier with the service and the results. We recently had a flood in our home. I called Denny Perrault and within 45 minutes he was out to our house and his crew cleaned up the mess set up blow dryer’s and got us through this trying time with ease. He also recommended the best buys on appliances which we purchased thanks to Denny. I would highly recommend him anytime you have a water problem a carpet cleaning situation in your home.

Denny did a fabulous job. I didn't think it would be possible to remove the stains from the carpeting but he did! I would totally recommend Denny! He was reliable, great customer service and overall did a great job.

Denny cleaned all the common area carpets here at Port De Mer Condo, we have four buildings consisting of 5 and 6 story buildings. The Carpets were brought back to their original look. Great work without any issues. Definitely will continue to hire Denny Perreault for future services.
