I was recommended this company from a commercial business account of a colleague to use for my own personal home maintenance. I have used Hitman for pest control of my home interior as well as exterior. They have superior service with both facets and I have even utilized them for my lawn care. I have always been satisfied with their high level of customer service, friendly and caring employees and most of all their utmost regard for punctuality. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable pest control service.

I live in a condo, so it’s shared space in a way. Living in Florida, some things are just a fact of life. I couldn’t be happier with this company. They have proven over the years to be trustworthy, effective and literally the best. I am a board member for my HOA, so have experienced a lot in the 17 years of condo living. Hitman is the greatest and Di is the greatest guy of all.

I've had to hitman service for almost 10 years and going. They helped me through termites, pre-treatment of my new house, and of course I use their monthly service. My wife is happy she never has to see any roachs. Ed, D and John are a fantastic team. And them being affordable it's just icing on the cake! They are a must-have in South Florida!

I just want you to know that Hitman Termite & Pest Control was very professional and thorough. Technician Dee knows his job and you can tell he has been educated in the business. He explained everything he was doing and why. He also educated me about the insects that he saw while he was treating the exterior of our home.

Hitman Pest Control handles the pest services at both our South Florida and our North Florida homes. They have provided excellent customer service as well as the actual pest services performed. After complete frustration with numerous companies, the Owner of Hitman, John, came out himself to consult on the issue at our South Florida home, living on a canal caused all sorts of fun bugs to take residence. After just a couple visits with John and Di- who has become our regularly assigned rep- spraying around our South Florida home (inside and out), they have managed to get the outrageous amount of ants and other creatures under control and provide continued, regular maintenance. Our North Florida home has had some similar issues with different bugs, John has been able to clear our home of all the bugs with safe products for our family and pets. Full disclosure, there have been some instances after nasty weather where we have needed extra in between maintenance sprays, but it was very easy to get in touch with the office and have someone sent out within a couple days to address the situation and do a spray. John and Di- thank you so much for continuing to take care of our homes for our family!

I first met the guys from Hitman when I was working in the funeral business. They handled all of our locations. When I personally had an issue with carpenter ants at my condominium and the company our association used was unable to get the job under control, I reached out to the guys at Hitman. Within two visits, they were able to get the job done. I now use them at my mothers apartment as well. They do a great job and are trustworthy and caring with my home when I am not there for the appointment, as well the products they use are safe for my pets. My dog loves the visits.

John does an awesome job here in Fernandina Beach. He is reliable and very knowledgeable. (Goes above and beyond and really cares about achieving optimal results) Ever since he started handling my residential pest control over a year ago there has been no problems whatsoever.
