Just had our yearly inspection. David was so professional, thorough, and helpful! Our house was built in 1954 (with some add ons later), and has some "weak points" for future pest problems. David gave me excellent advice, feeling more like a trusted neighbor than an inspector. He wasn't trying to "sell me" services; he seemed genuinely interested in our home being pest free. I LOVE this company!

You left my sliding door wide open after you lifted the tent and with lights on making it look like an open invitation for burglars. But you corrected the situation very quickly and I commend you for that. Sometimes some incompetence can bring out the best in a business.

They respond to your call quickly , communications are friendly and more important they take their time to do the job right and educate and explain in detail as to what they are doing and what you can expect. I have used may different termite/pest control companies JP Miller is by far my top pick to get the job done right. I highly recommend them to everybody.

I have had JP for many, many years and Robert Moffitt is the best technician, but also a great person as he treats my yard and property as if it is his own. He knows more about lawn, bushes, flowers, and bugs and more than Google or Wikipedia. He is the best and so is JP Miller as an organization.

We have been clients of JP Miller & Sons for over 20 years. They have serviced the outside and inside of our home as a precautionary measure. About two years ago we noticed the nightmarish presence of cockroaches in our kitchen. We have no idea how they were brought in. We went through all the recommended protocols, moving everything out of all kitchen cabinets, cleaning everything out, and selectively bringing in dishes and pots as needed. We did this two separate times. It was a lot of work and took a really long time and the persistence of the JP Miller crew to eliminate the problem, which I must say, got worse before it got better. But finally, now I can walk into the kitchen and it is bug free. Hallelujah! Thank you!
