Very happy with the service visit with M & S Air Conditioning. This visit was part of our service plan with M & S. Our service tech was polite, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. He spent extra time to make sure that our older air handler and compressor units (installed 2009) were properly charged and working as good as can be expected. Truthfully, it's time for them to be replaced. I'm just hoping that this can be put off until winter

We are pleased with the service! Terry is very knowledgeable technician, did his job quickly and efficiently!! Receptionist was also nice and friendly, she helped me to setup appointment convenient for us and even called me back when realized that there is a better time slot available for me! Would highly recommend M&S AC if you need to service your AC system.

Terry is an exceptional tech! We have had a service contract with M&S for many years and it is money well spent. It gives us peace of mind knowing our AC is being maintained twice a year. When we had an issue, they sent Terry the next day and he went above and beyond. He explained everything so we understood what was wrong, was patient when we asked questions, and was very professional and kind. He made sure no messes were made and gave us a wonderful experience in what could have been a frustrating time. I also have to acknowledge Hector because he was our tech for many years and adore him. Thank you M&S and a special that you to Terry!

This was a warranty job and I was waiting for parts that seem to be coming in slowly. When I called back and spoke to Mike the owner, he made arrangements for the next day for someone As soon as possible to take care of my AC I am extremely grateful. Of course my AC breaks down at the hottest time that we’ve had in months. Thank you M&S for sending out a very nice gentleman who got us up and running in about 30 minutes. Great company and quick response to my issues

Great service with a smile. The tech knew exactly what was wrong, explained what he was doing and quickly fixed the issue. I signed up for their (reasonably priced) maintenance plan as I’d rather take care of the system that keeps me cool in the south Florida than take my chances with it failing.

I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and a creative thinker on how to do the best work using the existing structure. Have recommended him to all of my neighbors.
Wanted to give special thanks to Bert and Nalio for their service. They are two of the hardest working guys I’ve ever had working in my home. They take great care with my furniture and my floors. Even still, At the end of the day when they leave, the place is spotless. Not even one piece of drywall is left on the floor. They explained every step of the process to me. They even trained me how to use the remote control for the air handler. You will be lucky if they are assigned to your job. Five stars!
