Great reliable contractor !!

There was big difference between initial estimate and final price.I understand it is just an estimate but still it was a shock to see the final bill
double the amount.I have asked for quotes from other contractors and this never happened in the past

My experience with Kool Ray Air Conditioning for my AC Unit replacement was great from start to finish. Gary was very knowledgeable and communicative, the service reps were timely and professional, and the admin kept me informed on all schedule/timing updates. The price for the unit replacement was reasonable and cheaper than other quotes I received. Definitely recommend!

Asked for a
Yearly maintenance checkup. Was told it would be a $110 charge. The service consisted of algae deterrent tablets placed in drain pan and compressed air blown in the drain line. $110?!?! 😲TOTAL RIPOFF! I called the company for an explanation. They did not return my call as promised.

Gary (owner) is extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Responsive and knows what he is doing. I have and will continue to recommend Kool Ray to friends. I would have given 5 stars except I was having issues on a weekend (Sat afternoon) and when I called I was told a tech would call me shortly... but they did not contact me until Monday. Thankfully I was able to fix the problem on my own, otherwise, it would have been a rough weekend and this review would not have been as positive :)

If the way they drive is the way they do business, they must be horrible.
This guy driving in Boca Raton on April 16th, 2024 around 3:15 pm was just jumping from one line to another one very rude without even carrying about other drivers and not using a turning signals at all. Horrible.
