The representative was excellent. He was very courteous and efficient. I felt very good about the maintenance service. I have used Air Around the Clock for years and they always provide excellent service. I highly recommend them.

UPDATE. Technician JoJo came the next day. He was with us for about 1.5 hours and when I tell you he did an awesome and thorough job. He vowed not to leave until the issue presented itself (which it did quickly) and he fixed it. I looked inside the overflow valve which Xavier flushed out and it looked gross. JoJo removed all of the dirty water and truly flushed the valve out multiple times - appreciated it.

He did an awesome job - what would’ve expected from the first tech, not to arrive, not witness the issue happening, do something else to the unit which we don’t ask for and immediately leave for the day after being onsite for only 10 minutes. Instead, like a true professional, JoJo did a thorough examination of the unit after speaking to me and he removed the cover to the unit, inspected it and discovered a tiny issue that may have originated after the unit had its biannual servicing this past August. Something wacky but nothing wrong with the actual unit. So appreciate JoJo’s professionalism, commitment and attention to detail.

Tech shows up for 10 minutes. The unit was making a humming noise. Apparently wasn’t making it when he arrived. So he blows out the condensate drain line (no idea why) and leaves. The pipe was making a knocking noise. We call him
Back. While in the phone the unit starts humming again. He says that’s to be expected while the line is draining (what?!). 39 minutes later, the unit completely shuts off and the thermostat is giving an error message that there is no power to the unit. What?! Call ATC and they tell us that there is nothing they can do until tomorrow morning. Unbelievable. The tech is here for 10 minutes. Does something to the condensate line which was not the problem, spends 10 minutes in our house and now the power is out. This unit is 7 years old. This makes no sense. So instead of correcting the problem, now the problem is worse - no power.

Process was seamless. Had my new A/C within 48 hours from making the first call. The price was right. The installers were polite, efficient, did a great job, and cleaned up when the installation was completed.

2 stars only because of the high price! found the air conditioner frozen up on Thanksgiving morning, and was having about 30 people at the house that afternoon so I was in bind. I was told $225 for the holiday house call, which I was ok with, The tech was there in about 3 hours which I was happy with. I was told that the unit had a small freon leak and not worth repairing. He topped off the Freon with 410a, It took less than 15mins, which I was happy with, The unit cooling at least temporarily for the days guest. Then got the bill. $725!! $500 to top off the freon! The whole 30lb tank cost $79 on amazon. I hate giving bad reviews especially because they helped me when i was in a tough situation. But Prices are just too high!

The ac now works but the installer did not protect my carpeting which now has dirt and grease all over it! Who is going to clean and will the grease come out!

The Air Around the Clock team is the best; great communicators with prompt service, clear expectations, and transparent billing. Luis has been to my home twice for service sessions, and he always does an excellent job. I couldn’t recommend this team more.

We had a great experience with Scott. He was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. We are very happy and impressed with Air Around th clock and signed up for maintenance to keep our units running. Superior service from all.

More like "which services didnt we get"... worst customer service!! Received confirmation email for date/time... day of appt received a text with a different timeframe. Contacted CS, spoke with "Brian" who gave me run around... first he says my appt had not been scheduled for the day, I explained I had emails and text with date/time confirmations but they dont coincide with each other. I explained I was not available for morning time frame since the original email gave me after 12 noon time frame. He then proceeded to say, well we cant do your job in the afternoon because the appt is scheduled for morning???? I thought I was in the twilight zone. After several heated exchanges from Brian, I asked to cancel. Brian should be fired and they need to hire competent CS / employees! Stay away from Air Around the Clock!!....Dont hire them to do any jobs!!

Company has a good system to keep you informed of arrival times. Nate was very helpful with information to make my decision to repair or replace and get the job in my budget. The Alwrick installation team was professional, left the area clean, and got the job done in a reasonable time frame. Would recommend!

Dollar Tree quality. I do not recommend this company at all. We bought a brand new unit and within weeks it was already having leaking issues. In less than two years we have also been told we needed to replace the brand new coils and add a pump to help push the water out. Again, in this short period of time they have serviced our house at least 20 to 30 times (we bought a maintenance plan for ten years). A new technician comes every time so there’s no consistency at all and no management ever to overlook and oversee what’s going on. You would think management would realize that we were sold a lemon after having to send so many technicians out but they don’t care at all.

Keep shopping and find a different company.

My 10‑year‑old AC unit stopped working, and I contacted ATC. They were able to come out within a couple of hours the same day and installed a new unit in just three hours. The technicians were friendly and did an excellent job. Thank you for the quick response!

We were charged $500 for a capacitor and A/C contactor replacement, despite the parts being under warranty. We were not present at the time of service, and the work was completed without first confirming our approval of the charge.
Sean contacted us afterward to request payment, once the job had already been completed. While we did not file a formal complaint at the time, this experience has resulted in us deciding not to use this company again. The communication during this interaction was not pleasant.

I recently had my air conditioning system installed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installation team was extremely neat, respectful, and kind throughout the entire process. They took great care in their work, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. My new system works perfectly, and I’m very happy with the quality of service.

This was the first time we used their service. Our pool heater was down and I knew it was related to R-410A (also called Puron). Not sure if it was a leak but suspeted it. So Jordan came from PSL and sent a text on the way and called when he arrived. (nice touch) he diagonsed and give me my options. I rolled the dice and we are trying a fix to see if it will work. I was not ready to pull the trigger and get a new pool heater. He was pleasant and worked quickly as possible. Offer to get me a quote on a new unit and we will see. Used his salesmanship to see if we had a service contract on our house HVAC. Nice touch with zero pressure but wise enough to leave a ATC Logo sticker with phone numbers for emergency serive. Work was not cheap and I am in no position to understand costs of running a service business. Bottom line we are up and running so we should have a warm enough pool for the family over the holidays.

Luke was my A/C Technician. I appreciated how he took the time to explain everything to me thoroughly as I watched behind him. Very professional and honest. I will absolutely request him when I need Air Around the Clock next time.

The serviceman was prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough in servicing my ac. Air around the Clock deserves 5* for their reliability, product, and staff! I purchased a service contract upon installation so there was no cost for 5 years.

Soooo......our ac was out for a few days and since I've live in Denver for 20 years, it wasn't for me. James surveyed the unit(s) and showed me the issue(other than the unit being old). Extremely professional and friendly. Even gave me a reasonable quote for a new unit or I repair the old one. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for any future issues. Kudos James. Michael from Air Around the clock just came to inspect my AC unit. What a nice, professional, knowledgeable and friendly person.I was so impressed. This company is amazing and I can't recommend them enough. I also had them come to inspect my a water heater and plumbing because we just moved into a new to us but older house. Roger, the technician came and again, I found another nice, friendly, knowledgeable individual. He was so honest as well. I know I said this earlier but this company gets better and better every time I use them. I'm thrilled that I found them and will be using them for all my airconditiong and now plumbing needs.

​Complete waste of money and a total lack of professionalism. I called Air Around the Clock to fix my AC, but instead of a real repair, I got a lazy misdiagnosis and a 'patch job' that didn't even last the afternoon.
​The technician clearly didn't take the time to find the root cause of the issue. He slapped a temporary fix on it, claimed it was 'good to go,' and collected my payment. Within hours, the unit was back to not working exactly like before. It’s clear they are more interested in quick service fees and moving to the next job than actually performing quality HVAC work. If you want your AC fixed properly the first time, look elsewhere. I now have to pay a second company to fix Air Around the Clock’s mistakes.
