Danny was excellent in every way. It was an emergency visit I called in this morning. I returned last night from a trip out of town and my two systems had flooded pans, with one system not working. He knew what he was doing, and resolved everything in two hours or less.He was efficient, very personable, and I would like him to remain as the regular tech for my account. This is his second visit to me and I could not be happier. He’s a definite asset to your company. I also appreciate the last minute service on a Saturday morning from POLAIR. I would gladly recommend you and your techs to anyone needing A/C service.I also have a regular contract with you for my service, and i recommend that as well.

The workman who came out was professional and appropriate. The office staff was rude and disrespectful to j by oth me and my wife. Further we have been with the company almost 5 years. Their costs keep going up way faster than inflation. When I asked Mary in the office for a breakdown of costs she said “we don’t give a breakdown of costs. You can have it done or not.” That’s a quote

I'm saddened that I've had to lower the stars from POLAIR as James did a great job fixing our broken ac unit (bad capacitor) it was a emergency call out too back in 2023. But most recently when called out they sent a different tech and the guy tried to convince us that our unit was dirty and not blowing well (I clean both inside, outside and ducts twice a year once in summer then winter) he said the condenser and the evaporator coils needed cleaning along with the blower wheel and he even suggested an acid wash and priced it at $750. Another AC company came in and determined the freon was low and we had a minor leak in the A-coils the replacement cost us $700.

My experience with Polair from start to finish has been nothing but positive. They are very responsive. They helped get me through an extremely tough situation. They stepped up when my original A/C company failed. I highly recommend them.

James did a great job. I was pleased with his promptness and knowledge of what needed to be done. He was most efficient, as well.
My only complaint is the cost of your service.

The service technician was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me. I would recommend this company. Danny just left and was wonderful. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. He even helped me find my phone by calling the number.

He communicates what’s being done clearly so that I can understand. He’s very professional and I was glad to have him come back and fixing my chiller heater. Turns out that the original installer didn’t use the right wires or fuse. Everything is in good shape now and I have a contract with you all to come out twice a year. Thank you very much.

Marty was on time, thorough, polite and took time to explain recommendations and answer questions. As for cost, it was part of a maintenance contract so there was no charge for today’s service call.

And get this—the tech James even lent me a portable blower unit to cool down one room overnight while I waited for the full install. That kind of thoughtful service is rare these days.

They took care of everything, from permits and inspectors to pouring the new slab and securely anchoring the unit with new brackets. The area looks cleaner and more solid than ever—like a mini AC fortress. 😄

What really impressed me was their availability—they’re open early, they stay late, and they’re always responsive and easy to reach. That alone is worth its weight in gold.

It is a real reliable company, and the agent John is particularly reliable and provides support and clarifications instantly as always. His professionalism and trustworthiness is the best among the several vendors I compared between. It was almost no brainer I chose them over the others. Highly recommended for installing new AC units with good value for money.
