I recently had the pleasure of working with Polair in Delray Beach, FL, and I can’t recommend them highly enough.

From the very first interaction, their team was incredibly responsive. They got back to me quickly, answered every question I had, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable they were. Every explanation was clear, thoughtful, and professional, which gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise.

Polair was also extremely transparent about pricing and the work that needed to be done. They walked me through several options and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one. Very knowledgeable and honest service. They came out on Thursday to look at my ac unit, by Tuesday I had a brand new 3-ton carrier unit installed. They were fast and friendly and the best price in town. I'd highly recommend!

Last week we had the heat
On when it was in the 50s. My boyfriend woke me at 6:30 in the morning because he smelled burning plastic. I raced outside with my cat in the cold and called fire rescue. They couldn’t find anything and said to call our ac vendor. When Chris came out, who is fantastic, he was horrified to see how the installers left our wires in the handler loose which caused them to keep hitting the handler and burning. Luckily our breakers did what they were supposed to do and shut off or we’d have had a fire in the garage where my gas car was. Hopefully those installers are no longer employed there. The unit is less than two years that they installed and I work with 70”
Lawyers who said what a lawsuit that would’ve been. Chris did not charge us obviously for this visit.

I have a prepaid HVAC maintenance plan with Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing. During my six-month inspection, the technician told me that two slime-prevention pads needed to be replaced and charged me $89 per pad.
The next day, I looked up the exact same pads and discovered they sell wholesale for about $10 each and retail for around $16 each. That is an enormous markup.
I called the company to ask for an explanation and was told that since I agreed to the charge at the time, it was “my choice.” No effort was made to justify the price or address the concern.
This felt extremely misleading, especially for a customer on a prepaid maintenance plan who expects fair treatment. I regret trusting their recommendation without checking first.
I would strongly advise others to ask for part prices in advance and shop around before agreeing to any add-ons.

The Lindstrom technician was prompt, curtious, and did a great job checking and turning our A/C unit. We could not be happier with our service.
