I had an extremely disappointing experience with Air-Ref Co. INC.
The service did not meet my expectations, and I felt completely ripped off. Not only were there problems with the installation and maintenance, but the customer service was also poor throughout the entire process.

This experience has been very frustrating, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall handling of my case. I expected professionalism, transparency, and quality work, and unfortunately, that was not the case. They said they would fix my problem, and they never did, but they charged me every time they came without fixing the issue. I spent $300 on labor, and they never fixed the A/C.

All new Ductwork, No more air leaks and No more air conditioning in the attic.
They added a Ducted Return with returns grilles in all bedrooms, so no more hot, stale bedrooms when doors are shut.
EWC, 2 Zone Duct System, with a bypass. With PRO1 WiFi stats. As we use different parts of our house throughout the day, we can keep the areas we are in at the comfort level we prefer with the added benefit that zoning with a bypass delivers, enhanced dehumidification.
Air Purification by Ultravation both an Air Cleaner and a 5", MERV 13 Air Filter.
Watching my projected FPL bill on my FPL app does not create the stress it once did. According to FPL my old system was consuming 71% of my electric bill and that bill has been ridiculously high.

The Air-Ref Team provided first-class service in every respect…from scheduling to the notable efforts of their response team. They were quick to evaluate the cause of our issue and very responsive in making the needed repairs. All good and Bigly Appreciated.

Robert called to advise us that he would be at our hacienda at the scheduled appointment time. Once here, he immediately went about diagnosing the issue with our AC unit "Short Cycling". The main drain was clogged and causing the safety switch to prematurely engage. Robert then checked the Condenser unit's vitals and indicated that the pressures were well within the proscribed levels. I was impressed with the knowledge and efficiency demonstrated by Robert and the Air-Ref Company and would highly recommend them. Thank you for your timely and professional service.

I had a tech come out to assess our commercial refrigeration needs. He said he'd try to find the part and get back to us. I called them to follow up multiple times, they never got back to us.

Service and response time was excellent! My rep Fretson G was brilliant in diagnosing and solving a complicated wiring schematic. S second visit also produced results better than expected. All correspondence was courteous, professional and personalized to my situation.

Air- ref response time to our issue was incredibly fast. AC tech was knowledgeable and personable and more importantly, fixed the issue. We're very pleased with Air-ref Delray Beach and highly recommended them.

I had been away from the house for a month and walked in to find water leaking from the ceiling and the A/C pan overflowing. I called Air-Ref and they had Dylan and his partner out in less than two hours. Fixed everything and explained how to prevent a recurrence. I also got their maintenance contract. Great service!

Just wanted to give a big shout out to Air-Ref Co. Inc !! Our A/C finally died on us this past weekend after 20 long years of keeping our home cool. I'm so lucky to have the best A/C company, Air-Ref, in town! The past 6 years or so they have helped maintain our old unit until its very last day by properly maintaining it. And when that day came this weekend, they helped us find the best fit for our home and budget. This company has great employees, great service, great owners, it's been around for over 39 years, the people here know what their doing!

From start to finish, the entire process was top-notch. The tech Damian A. went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and answered all my questions patiently.
Damian was super friendly and professional. He took the time to explain what needed to be done.
