I got Zach as the tech for my AC issue and he was wonderful and pleasant to talk to. He was very professional and gave me some advice as well. I definitely recommend this company. Will be using them from now on.

This is the worst AC company I have ever used. Air Ref serviced my AC in early August 2022. I was away in the beginning of September 2022 and when I came home and walked into my house a 1.5 Square foot patch of my kitchen ceiling plaster had fallen on the stove, counter, and floor. The AC was off, and the house smelled like damp plaster.

It turns out that the drain line was not properly cleaned out and the AC unit overflowed. The Air Ref tech came out to fix this said that the drain line was not properly cleaned out and he proceeded to correct it.

It was not Air Ref’s fault that the unit was not properly installed by the developer. It was on a sheetrock box without a drain pan and/or a proper overflow switch. However, Air Ref had been servicing that unit for multiple years. I had multiple service contracts for 3 properties I own.

Over the next 3-4 months, I made at least 10 phone calls and registered my complaint to the receptionist/service booker, asking to speak to the owner. Each time I was told someone would get back to me. Nobody ever did.

Finally, I got Kevin, the service manager, on the phone. I stated that I just wanted Air Ref to take some responsibility to properly install the Air Handler on a stand with a pan and overflow switch which I would pay for as well as repairing my kitchen ceiling. This took about 5 or 6 conversations.

On January 9th Air Ref sent an estimate to replace my system on a stand with a pan and float switch for $9,993, giving me a credit for the problems I incurred. That estimate was $2,000 more than the other estimate I received for the same exact installation.

Air Ref sucks. They have terrible customer service. The owner hides behind his receptionist and Kevin, his service manager, who is incompetent.

Our technician Junior G was amazing! So professional, kind and helpful. Air-Ref installed our new Air conditioning system over a year ago and has provided great service.

Sergio was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He performed all the work we needed and kept us informed of everything he was doing. I highly recommend Sergio and Air-Ref company!!

Ed was excellent. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Ed was also very professional and considerate. He was glad to put covers on his shoes so no dirt would get tracked in as it had rained. I was pleased with Ed’s work.

It was an Emergecy call on New Year’s Day and the tech that came out was so nice, patient, professional & knowledgeable. He had it fixed in just less than an hour and that included the additional time waiting on the tenant to arrive. (knowing the appt time) Regardless, I couldn’t have been happier with his help & assistance. Thank you Air Ref!!

Zach is the best. He fixed all my problems in a simple easy manner. He should get a raise for being a terrific people person and knowledgeable about my system.

I researched Carrier as the unit I wanted but Michael recommended the Daikin FIT at 1/2 my budget and couldn’t be happier. During the initial inspection we had a short that took out my AC at 8PM on a Friday night. No worries, 90 minutes later the AC repair man showed up and we were repaired and back to running until the new unit was installed. The team they sent were very polite, professional and cleaned up every piece of scraps they made. Doing work in an 80 year old house can be a challenge. The team Air Ref sent was very very good. THIS is your AC company.

Max performed our bi-annual service on our mini-splits. He was on time, very nice and left the job site clean. We have been pleased with all of the technicians that Air-Ref Co has sent to our home.

We had a leak from our AC unit. We called Air-Ref as we had used their service in the past. As always, they sent us a great technician. Steven O. was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and solved the problem. He suggested we sign up for a maintenance program that would ultimately save us money on any servicing for the year. We were more than satisfied. Thank you Air-Ref for taking good care of our A/C.

Max was great. Max replaced Caleb as my AC technician. He found the problem I had, and also went up on the roof to check for any other problems. He had great customer service and told me exactly what he was doing every step of the way. I definitely recommend Max for your next maintenance check

The entire team at Air-ref is fantastic every tech is personable and knowledgeable and I would never use anyone else. Ed just came today to perform my semi-annual maintenance, and he was great highly recommend!

We have used Air-Ref for 6 years and all of their people have been well trained and friendly. Most recently, Junior came to do our maintenance. He was very thorough, explained his process, seemed very knowledgeable and interested in doing a great job. Highly recommend!

Had a new system installed April of ‘25. Install went great and had no problems initially. Fast forward to Sept and our thermostat was acting funky. We couldn’t isolate the issue at first, but the team stuck with me after multiple visits and we finally found the issue and it was resolved. While the Daikin thermostat could use some troubleshooting from factory, I was extremely pleased with the service and follow up from the team. A big shoutout to Sam, the service manager, for his continuous personal follow up and genuine interest in resolution.

A company that does well on the front end, but more importantly stands behind their service and the products they install, is worth their weight in gold. I will continue to use Air-Ref for all my HVAC needs and warmly welcome their team into my home for service. Highly recommend.

Air-Ref consistently provides high quality service in a timely manner. Recently, Junior G performed preventive maintenance and identified some items to address before they could lead to issues (relocating float switch for earlier condensate drain clog detection). Junior was very thorough, friendly and extremely professional. I highly recommend Air-Ref for all HVAC needs.

Excellent service. Dustin knew quickly what was wrong with two light fixtures and took care of all the issues in record time. I can recommend this company as A+ Affordable ...on time and a fine young man who is very knowledgeable.

Zach, the technician was friendly and knowlegeable. He did the semi-annual check-up quickly and efficiently. He gave us the information we needed to last until the next scheduled maintenance appointment in August.

I had paid ahead of time for my maintenance when I bought my AC from Air Ref bc was told would not need to flush it myself every 3 mos. if I did. However, my AC went out after they came, bc they said my pipes are old, too small for new AC. Wanted to replace my pipes, but they did a chemical flush instead at my request for a lot less and it worked. I appreciated them working with me. The service people and office people were all extremely polite and wanting me to be satisfied. I would have liked to know back when that my pipes actually needed more frequent flushing bc they are old and smaller, so when I didnt do this, it caused my problem
