The team is very friendly and responsive and the technicians always arrive on time and get the work done quickly and for reasonable prices.

The only reason they don't get one star is because the service rep, Ernesto, was very good. Way too expensive. I think they took advantage of me. The owner charged me $680 to change a drain plug and install a disposal. Highway robbery! I would definitely shop around before using this company.

Victor @ Estrella Plumbing sent out a technician to review the issue. we paid 280$ just for them to tell us what they issue was and there was no follow up Estimate provided for the job. It has already been 5 days. We will not recommend this company to anyone that wants professional service.

I have used Estrella Plumbing several times for both home and business trouble shooting and repairs.
My experience with the quality of the work, knowledge and expertise in the areas of the services they offer and customer service levels of this company are excellent!
I take the time to write this review because it isn't often to see a company in the Miami area with the integrity and professionalism displayed time and again by this company and its employees.

Do not recommend them. They don’t explain services correctly, also they don’t call when plumber is on its way to be prepared. They charge me 280$ to unclog a pipe. They don’t care about your issues, they will just collect any money they can based on your knowledge about plumbing. There are other companies who are more understanding and explain how the service will work step by step.

I had my old bathtub replaced with a new one, including the drainage system, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was very professional, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless. The installation was done perfectly, and the quality of work really shows. I highly recommend their services….

Not a trustable company. They carged us $380 to fix a toilet. They changed it for the wrong part and now they say I should change the entire toilet. Come on guys, now you don’t even return calls. Expect to hear from our attorneys.

I would honestly rate this company a zero if I could.

They came out two weeks ago for a low water pressure issue and a leak. They charged me $480, but they never clearly explained what the actual problem was or what they did to fix it. Now, just two weeks later, my building has flooded — and I can’t get a response from them.

When I called to address the issue, they were belligerent and refused to take any responsibility. There was no accountability and no effort to make things right.

What’s most frustrating is that the “fix” turned out to be incredibly simple. I went to Home Depot, bought a faucet supply line, and fixed it myself. It was a quick and inexpensive repair. It makes me question what I was charged $480 for in the first place.

As a contractor myself, I would never use this company again. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and zero accountability. I would not recommend them.
