Constraction reviews in Doral, Florida

Danny not only did the inspection with authority but also suggested excellent alternatives. A good inspector and a friend in need!

Danny inspected a house my family is under contract to buy. He showed up on time, was incredibly knowledagble and thorough, and time efficient. He pointed out potential problems and was very communicative on his assessment based on his work experience (both as an inspector and appraiser in south Florida). We are definitely using him again for any future real estate purchase.

Danny and his team are very professional my house inspection was very well done . Communication was very clear , during, and after the visit. I was able to have them come right away on such short notice. They did a thorough job and explained everything in detail to me, as well as answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company to everyone and 100% will use them again as they gave outstanding service! Thank you so much !! Keep it the good work .

Quick and efficient. Great service from the inspection firm. I needed an elevation certificate. They came out a few days later and got the job done quickly and got me a report a few hours later!

Danny was early and efficient in his work. He is very easy to work with. I highly recommend him for any inspections.

Danny from The inspection firm was excellent. Prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He went through the house quickly for the four point and was able to get evidence of roof straps in out attic-less house, for our wind mitigation report, when nobody else was able to do it. Potentially this can save us significantly on insurance. Overall, it was a great experience with Danny and this firm.

Great service. Fast to respond to calls and inspection. I needed some additional help for my insurance company and Danny did not hesitate to assist. I would definitely recommend them

Wow! Danny went above and beyond for my family and I. Coordinating multiple urgent inspections, ensuring pricing was fair, while being transparent throughout that process. He was also following up with me every step of the way. I didn’t have to reach out or urge him to keep the ball rolling, I so appreciate that. I couldn’t recommend this company more!

Danny came out to do my wind mitigation inspection and I couldn’t be more impressed. His knowledge and willingness to share it helped me tremendously in understanding the process. As a licensed general contractor, I still walked away learning a few new things. I’m very grateful to have professionals like him in the industry—highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of using The Inspection Firm for my 4-Point and Wind Mitigation Inspections, and have no reservations, recommending them. They were prompt, thorough, and very professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with a company. A big shout out and thank you to Danny at The Inspection Firm!!

If you're looking for a great, reliable inspector, look no further. We have worked with a lot of inspection companies in the past, and none have been so punctual, readily available, and detailed. This company truly stands out from its competition, and we highly recommend them.

The Inspection firm was great! They were on time and thorough without being obsessive. I would definitely recommend their inspection services to anyone!

Excellent inspection service.
Inspector Dany was very professional, punctual, and detail-oriented throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave me great confidence in his work. He took the time to inspect thoroughly and provided a complete, easy-to-understand report. On top of that, he was very kind and respectful the entire time.

I highly recommend Dany for any inspection—he combines expertise, responsibility, and excellent customer service. I would definitely hire him again!

I had the pleasure of meeting Danny and using his services on Friday Aug 22 and he was friendly, professional and easy to work with to get the inspections done quickly. He was punctual and also delivered on his word to deliver the reports by the end of the day!!! Highly recommend him!!!

Scheduled the inspection on the first day I spoke with Daniel and followed through til the day of the inspection. No rescheduling kept in touch with me the whole time and even after the inspection continued to reach out to me to see if everything went well with the insurance company. No company does this. I will use them definitely in the future. Highly recommend.

I’ve worked with this company three times and have always been impressed by their responsiveness and clear communication. They offer thoughtful, practical advice and take the time to explain findings thoroughly. Their referrals have also been consistently reliable, making the whole process smoother and less stressful.

Danny came over to our two story house to do a roof inspection and gave us experienced recommendations. His recommendations will save us thousands of dollars of roof repairs. So we a grateful and happy with his service. Highly recommend calling him before calling roofers for estimates.

Very responsive, professional and fast. Communicative, punctual and very knowledgeable. I have Dani’s number in my contacts and would certainly use him again as well as recommend to anyone looking for a 4 points inspection and wind mitigation report. He also sent the reports to my insurance broker so one less step I had to worry about. Thank you Dani!!!
