Me encantaron mis ventanas nuevas, trabajo limpio y rápido los instaladores muy profesionales al igual que las personas de su oficina logre hacerlas con el programa Pace y no tenía crédito pregunten por ese programa al muchacho que los visitará en la casa los recomiendo con los ojos cerrados.

Estos muchachos son inmejorables e insuperables. Su trato es muy profesional y muy cercano al cliente, desde el primer hasta el último día durante todo el proyecto, siempre atentos a la aprobación de por parte del cliente de cualquier pormenor o imprevisto. Recomendado 100%....

The most annoying company ever. They call you every week to sell your products. Worst thing you can do is ask for a quote. They will not stop calling you even if you say you are not interested in their products.

Excellent customer service. Very professional. The crew worked hard all day and they re-roof my home in two days. Originally it was expected to take three days. Once they were finished they picked up all the mess that was around the house. The Home Advisor which name Vincenzo Iafaioli is very knowledgeable and explained everything that when he ask u. Do you have any questions? There is no need. He explained everything possible. He also helps you with the paperwork. Must also say that they were bright and early to work on the roof and they did a phenomenal job. My roof passed City Inspection and I am one happy customer.

Worst company to do the roof. I signed with them back in June 2024, we are almost on January 2025 and nothing yet. They always lie to you over the phone regarding the permits, 6 months already and there is not permit register at the city department. Half of the people that worked there left, so the website is not updated. At this time, I don’t even know who works there and who’s is charge of my project. They were supposed to put a tarp on my roof in the mean time, and they cant even put it right. They came 4 times already and nothing. Don’t trust this people, maybe the subcontractor for the windows is better, but for the roof, and the people in charge of the permits are the worst. I have pieces of the tarp all over my neighborhood, they can’t even clean it. Now, I have to spend more money to clean the area, and to fix my ceiling because they can’t put the tarp right.
