After weeks of deliberation we decided to fill in our pool so we could optimize the backyard and create a safer space for our young children and family to enjoy. I received a quote from Gian and not only was the price extremely competitive , I was extremely impressed by Gian's knowledge of drainage and eliminating flood risks (things that need to be considered when removing + filling in a pool). He also had a thorough and impressive understanding of plants, lighting, shade, decks and he made us feel very confident in XeroFitus's ability to execute my vision. Less than 3 weeks after we met, Gian and his team delivered a stunning result. Gian and his team were very professional and immaculate throughout the whole process.

Every morning they started at 8:30am sharp and not a minute later (this was very refreshing after I had dealt with unreliable and notoriously late contractors during our home remodeling process). As we were out of town, we received regular updates and photos from Gian.

We're so happy with what XeroFitus was able to deliver for us and has added so much value to home. The before/after photos show a space that has been completely transformed and is unrecognizable. This whole process was executed flawlessly, ahead of schedule and right on budget.

Gian's team are very skilled professionals and were able to deliver this result with only 3FT of space between my house and the fence (all plants, equipment, turf, materials had to be squeezed through the side of the house). I already have neighbors in the Coconut Grove community who have asked for Gian's contact details for similar projects.

These guys are definently worth it. We’ve worked with many contractors, and landscapers and they have been the best!! We wanted a rainforest tropical feel and they made a way to make it happen even with having turf. Incredible quality of plants, work ethic, and most importantly communication. Since day 1 Gian went above and beyond and made it happen. We’re beyond happy we went with Xerofitus !!!

I cannot stress enough how AMAZING this experience was. This company was attentive, understanding, and flexible. They came within 24 hours of me calling to take measurements and to speak with me about what we wanted.

We asked for two quotes to see the cost with different materials and they were so polite and sent us the 2 quotes within a week of meeting with me. Unfortunately, my wife was a little worried and uncertain so a month passed and I called again when she decided to pull the trigger.

I called them again and they came the same day and retook measurements, spoke with both my wife and I and they answered all the questions we had and reassured my wife that the work done would be top-notch. The work was done within the same day and was exceptional.
