I recently had my AC replaced by ARS / Rescue Rooter, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with care.

Albert, the salesman, took the time to explain all my options clearly and made sure I understood the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which made me feel confident in my decision.

The installation team, Alfredo and Alejandro, did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were very respectful of my home. They made sure everything was installed correctly, tested thoroughly, and left the area spotless when they were finished.

The entire team made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend ARS / Rescue Rooter, especially Albert, Alfredo, and Alejandro, for anyone needing AC replacement or service.

I called and got an appointment the same day. I had system maintenance done. I used my service contract. Dave, the technician did a through job checking the heater wires. He also, drained the line. Dave, is a pleasure to work with. Reviewing the necessary repairs needed in terms I could understand. I highly recommend him.

Sergio from ARS is a gem. He has been here several times, so he knows the routine of going to the rooftop in our building to check the handler. He is very pleasant, but even more importantly, he is very effective and efficient. Kudos to ARS for having such an excellent professional taking care of our AC’s maintenance.

Klender Pernia was fantastic to find my problem and explained very well all that was going on with my unit. Performed all diagnostics tests and resolved my issues gracefully. Very knowledgeable and attentive to customer complaints

I’d give it a zero star if it was allowed. Biggest POS company I’ve ever dealt with. Endless calls (probably close to 30) over the span of over a year they take note of the problem and send it to management who has never responded. We have been waiting on a part for OVER 1 year (part is under warranty which means we don’t pay…which means they could care less since they won’t make money off of us) but if you’re interested in having a new AC unit they will send out somebody the next day ($$$$). The tech that was helping us pretty much ghosted us too. He can’t help since it’s a parts problem. Calls, emails, you can’t reach ANYBODY. At this point my next step will be reporting them to BBB or hiring an attorney. Absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and utterly disappointing and frustrating paying thousands of dollars (we bought 2 units from them) and we can’t even get someone to call us back! Run and look for another company!

Edit to add: where exactly am I supposed to call? 30+ calls and nobody ever gets back. Maybe leave your direct number and I can call you instead of the call center 🤦🏻‍♀️

Excellent job. Eduardo and Juan were very professional and super friendly. They did an excellent job and explained everything in detail.

Alfredo Gutiérrez was here all day with the new installation. He remained cheerful, was detailed minded, gave clear explanations, and didn’t leave till we were completely satisfied. ARS continued to live up to its reputation, they are true professionals. We’ve been a customer for the past 16 years.

Zero stars... Run from this company. Installation is GREAT...but try to get in contact with someone to obtain the permitted work afterwards. It's been almost six months.We are about to be fined and No one above customer service will return our calls. This company (ARS)is contract out by Lowe's for hot water heater Installation. I am a retired Facility Mgr. and this was one of the three worse decisions I made in my 20 year tenure.

Joel Castillo came to diagnose my ac system and found the problem quickly. He placed the order for the new part and gave me a good price. I recommend him and ARS. He’s punctual and efficient

David did a superb job. Professional, competent and communicated his findings very clearly. Also clearly outlined possible next steps for replacing the compressor, etc. as well as arranging for an estimate on his cell. Good man!
