Joel Castillo was an outstanding Service technician he called before coming was very prompt. Did an amazing job was very polite and trustworthy.

It seems there's always a scheduling issue. We initially went with them because of Albert or salesman. Once the contract began so did the problems. They pushed our initial installation date back, they installed the equipment wrong, and it didn't get remedied for two whole days in these south florida temperatures.

Joel Castillo his diagnostics was accurate and he helped me get the best price for repairing my AC system . I recommend Joel and ARS for any hvac services. I’m satisfied with the technician Joel and the company ARS services. Thank you

Great service! Price of special filters at $40 each seems too high and considering going back to normal ones in the future. New filters purchased by check are to be delivered or mailed in 2 weeks, 2 boxes of 4 each.

Extremely disappointed — unacceptable handling and refund delay

My experience with ARS Rescue Rooter has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

On December 19th they inspected my property in Brickell and advised that the water source needed to be replaced. On December 20th they came to provide an estimate. From that moment until December 29th, my tenants were left without air conditioning.

On December 29th, after all the delays, the technician concluded that the unit could not even be installed.

During this process, I was also told I needed to purchase a new water heater to make room for the water source, replacing a functional one.

Since December 29th, I have been calling daily — multiple times per day — trying to recover a refund of $13,065. My credit cards are now maxed out due to this charge, directly affecting my finances and daily life.

The lack of urgency, communication, and accountability is unacceptable.

This situation has caused serious financial and emotional stress. I would not recommend this company to anyone managing rental properties or expecting professional service.

Juan & Eduardo came to install a new Ac in our unit to replace our old 19 years one .
I highly recommend them . They did great job . They are professional and left their work area clean behind them.

Kiender did a complete inspection of our AC unit , which we purchased last year. Kiender went over products like the air scrubber and UV lights which we didn’t have . Very good information and I will take seriously for the near future. Thanks to all involved at ARS to make this purchase smooth and reliable!

Juan and Eduardo were amazing AC technicians. They came to my house, completed the work efficiently, and took the extra step to patch the wall afterward. What I really appreciated most was how clean and respectful they were — they cleaned up everything when they finished and left my home looking just as neat as when they arrived. Alejandro y Eduardo just installed a New
3 1/2 Ton A/C in a 2 story home. I am extremely satisfied with their work performance and professionalism. I have to say the work was done very well and they explained thermometer, cleaning the drain to the A/C unit and the type of filter to use. They take care of the permit.

Bruno was my sales man that came to see the old unit and explained that I needed a half ton more for this house. The one I had was too small also explained the permits the warranty and certifications. Bruno who took his time in explaining everything . Bruno friendly and a sweet heart he has patience. Edgar and Juan Carlos provided exceptional service during the installation of our new AC unit this morning. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend ARS / Rescue Rooter, as well as Edgar and Juan Carlos, for their outstanding workmanship and dedication.

Alfredo and Juan were incredible - they worked so hard to get my HVAC finally operating correctly. I was having trouble with other companies but these guys were a total find and they did a great job. Highly recommended. Very very nice guys too, left the house sparkling clean.

We just got a new A/C system installed by Alfredo and Alejandro from ARS and we are not only satisfied with their service but delighted with their work ethics and performance.

They came on time, they were professionals and worked from the beginning until they finished the entire project (that it was more than regular installation). We have problems with the lines, which was the result of other job done prior by other company but even though the weather outside was over 90 degrees they finalized the job to perfection.

Since the job was really complicated and detailed, they did come back today and finish it, with the same professionalism, coming on time, and working right away.

We are remodeling our house and we did not have a/c for long time. The heat inside the house was unbearable... 88 degrees before they installed the unit. Thirty minutes after the installation the temperature was 75 degrees (photo).

It is a blessing that Alfredo and Alejandro came to our home for the job. We are thankful and without a doubt we do recommend them to anyone who needs their services. I also would like to thank Luis Meléndez, the agent to came to give us the information and explanation of all the services to be render for his professionalism. In other words, we think ARS Rescue Rooter deserves an applause for its service.

I needed an AC annual service. They sent a technician, Sergio, on the same day. He arrived on time and completed his work quickly. He answered my questions and cleaned up after himself when he was done. The price was very reasonable. I am very happy.

The person who came out Reinier was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable as he quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part and promptly came out to install it. He was always on top of communicating when he was arriving and was very friendly.
