We have been using Clark Air for about 5 years - since we moved to FishHawk and Travis came out to fix our A/C over a weekend when my wife was pregnant. They are always fairly priced and honest. I have complete confidence in the work they do and their recommendations for maintenance, etc. Shannon is always friendly and professional when we call as well. I can't recommend them enough.

We have used Clark in the past with great service and fair pricing. My parents who are elderly living in a 55 and older community called with their heat not working on CHRISTMAS EVE morning. It was 30 degrees outside. Our first call was to Clark. They were there within a couple of hours, found the problem quickly, and charges a fair price! My air conditioner stopped working the morning I was leaving for two weeks out of the country. I didn't want my house sitter to be left in the heat. My mother was able to contact Travis for me, and he came out the next morning to replace what ended up being a broken capacitor. He took a credit card payment over the phone, and charged a very reasonable fee. Excellent service...I'll definitely recommend him to everyone I can!

Outstanding service - Tech Dustin was at my house within half an hour of me calling in a fault (a stuck-on blower and heater). He quickly diagnosed the problem down to faulty wiring, and was able to fix within 20 mins. I have used Clark Air Services for over 14 years and they ALWAYS deliver! My AC Unit went down this week and with temps in upper 90's and Heat Index at 110+, I was desperate to get the AC back up & running. I called and within 24 hrs. they had a technician, Dustin, out on a VERY HOT Saturday afternoon. He was able to diagnose the issue and get it repaired within an hour or so! I have also had Vince (technician) out in the past and he is awesome as well! They are always HONEST, COURTEOUS, COMPETITEVLEY PRICED and VERY REPSONSIVE! If you ever have any AC or HVAC issues I HIGHLY recommend Clark Air services.

I have had to use Clark Air Services twice in the last few months; once for the downstairs and once for the upstairs. Each time, during busy seasons, they were at my home in less than 24 hours. One time, when a special part was needed, it took an extra day to repair, A SINGLE DAY. They made a special trip to get the part. Here is the attitude that is 5-star. The part could have been one of two. One was much more expensive. Travis was genuinely relieved when it was the cheaper part. They seem to care about their customers more than any HVAC service I have ever dealt with. Today, they fixed the A/C that cooled where my daughters sleep. They had worked all day in the heat, yet they made sure to get to my house and make the repair. It was quick, the part was replaced, AC is back working. There is no one else you need to call besides Clark for HVAC, nobody.

After two companies came out (one being very highly rated on google) and said I needed a new compressor and quoted me $3,500, my realtor recommended Clark Air Services. I called them and they came out the same day. They were very professional and courteous and explained what was happening with the system. They had it up and running within minutes and found it was only a bad capacitor. I requested Dustin, the tech to also do a full service. A couple hundred dollars all said and done. A very honest company and super quick service, cant recommend enough!

The Clark team is on-time, responsive, knowledgeable and extremely professional. I needed a unit repair and annual maintenance on another. Vince, the tech was kind, courteous and honest. All work done and a new part ordered late on a Friday afternoon. Installation of the new part was quick and performed by Vince (again) and he was joined by Dustin; the two of them worked like a seasoned team and it was obvious they are highly skilled at their trade. Clark came highly recommended by two different neighbors. I trust my neighbors and now I also trust Clark Air Services. I highly recommend this team if you are ever in need of support for your environmental systems.

I cannot stress the professionalism I received from Clark Air Services. While other companies seem to be in a "for-profit" model, Clark Air Services is still a, what is best for the customer, company. I unfortunately have had a few bad run ins with other air conditioning companies that would not only attempt to upsell me, but tell me that my unit was experiencing problems in a tactic to have me panic sign on high priced "remedies". Dustin came over to my house and performed a routine diagnostic check of my unit and told me that everything was fine which was a relief compared to what other companies were trying to push. If you are in the Lithia area, I strongly suggest utilizing Clark Air Services for your heating and cooling needs. They have earned themselves a long-time customer as I will be using them for routine maintenance from here on out.

I have used Clark Air Services for many years, including several times on an emergency basis. They are always quick to return a phone call, all the employees are always extremely professional and arrive and leave in a timely manner. I recently had a new unit put in and the entire process was seamless, including assistance with getting a rebate through TECO. It is evident that this company is run efficiently, with employees who love their jobs. Highly recommend!

This is by far one of the best bangs for your buck when it comes to maintenance and service. The techs are completely polite and professional with a problem solver focus to ensure that the issue is fully resolved. Locally owned. This is a company that truly values the client! We had troubles with our AC shutting off due to our drain line bring clogged. Vince came out and attempted to clean it out. It worked for a couple hours but unfortunately clogged up again and shut off. I called back and Vince promptly came back out to the house. He tried a few other solutions to get the drain line unclogged and also fixed and pitched the line so that it would drain easier from now on. He went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was corrected.

We have been using Clark for about 10 years to come out and do an annual check and tune up We returned from vacation and our AC was not working properly, the indoor unit was leaking on it floor. I called them at 4:30 and Travis had Dustin here by 6 that evening. Our unit was pretty much done in after 18 years of use. Travis sent us the quote to replace the unit later that evening. We had our new unit installed on Saturday. The 2 guys who did the install were terrific. They were on time, professional, courteous. They cleaned up, hauled away everything, and were respectful of our property. Could not have asked for a better experience. Notable is that all the people we have dealt with at Clark have been working there a long time. This company knows their business and delivers great service.

Best HVAC company I have ever worked with in 25 years of homeownership. Prompt, friendly and polite service. They don't lecture you about maintenance or try to upsell you into worthless contracts. They just try to fix your problem as soon as possible.

A/C went out Saturday. Clarence from Clark was here 8:30am Monday. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and then came back at 6pm to install it. Excellent customer service.

Couple weeks ago I woke up with a broken A/C, I called this company as recommended by a coworker. Kevin advised me they were booked for the day but will let me know if anything opens, within 20 minutes, Kevin called me back as he got an opening. Within an hour he was at my house, and had my A/C up and running. Excellent customer service!
