Advanced Air Care was wonderful when we needed a repair fast! They are family owned and the customer service was top notch! Their services plans are affordable and they go above and beyond for their customers!

These guys really made me feel taken care of. It was an A+ experience from the time I called to the time I was back to cooling again.

And best of all? They were fast. There is NOTHING WORSE than sweating in the Florida heat when your AC goes down, and Advanced Air Care were out within the hour and had me cooling again within two hours.

I felt like the team here had my best interests in mind and didn't just try to cram a new system down my throat.

I really liked how the tech presented the information to me by telling me the minimum I needed to do to get my AC cooling again, and what I could do to prevent another breakdown in the near future.

I had my blower motor go down and Advanced Air sent someone earlier than scheduled. The tech was honest and thoughtful. Clear pricing was stated. I opted for the most expensive fix to keep OE parts. The tech had to go buy the parts and come back and still got my system fixed and running efficiently again. Nobody better in Tallahassee and surrounding areas to use than Advanced Air Care. Very good service and honest company.

I had a mini split Mitsubishi unit installed last week by Michael Thompson. A week later I called him to ask him about the 20 amp circuit breaker that he was supposed to add, to power this mitsubish.
It turns out he pulled out a 60 amp breaker that was in the box in order to put his 20 amp breaker in a more convenient spot for him.
At the same time I discovered, I had no hot water in the house.With a tankLess water heater.
I called up michael and that's when I found out he had pulled out and removed the 60 amp breaker that goes to this tankless water heater which was no longer powered on.
I asked him why he touched a 60 amp breaker, that had nothing to do with his install of my air conditioner?
At my request, he came put the 60 amp Breaker back where he removed it, put his 20 amp breaker, where it should have been installed originally and has refused to do any servicing of the new air conditioner that I paid $4000 for, that I understood was getting a six month service as part of the price.

Thompson Total Air Solutions rescued our vacation rental (on a holiday weekend) AGAIN! Exceptional customer service. I cant explain how good it feels to know this company will answer my distress call, diagnose and fix the problem at an extremely reasonable price. Cant say that about many places in Franklin County.

Called for a quote on replacing an older hvac system, response time was great, someone came out within 48 hours, had my quote later that day, and a new system within a week! Couldn’t ask for better custom service! Will use again in the future and recommend to others! Job well done.

Of course hottest time is when ac goes out. Thompson Total Air Solutions responded very quickly. Technician was friendly and thorough in his diagnosis. Had parts on hand. Checked for applicable warranties and I think price was more than reasonable.
