Owner is rude workers are careless damage corners of the house, sprinklers are snapped off from being run over. They worked Tuesday night and then not thirty minutes after the lawn was cut three heads were snapped off.

Called to set up a one time appointment because my lawn mower motor went out. Woman who answered the phone stated, "We do not have time for that, it's our busy season. Have a nice day." And hung up on me. I didn't even get the chance to ask about setting up a contract. Poor customer service . Very disappointed.

We have went through at least seven landscapers before finding Trinity lawn and landscaping. They do a great job and they show, up also great communication.

We hired Trinity to do a landscaping project for us. They were so professional, responsive, and delivered when they said they would. They did great work.

Completely destroyed my backyard and all I get is a, we are sorry. That was with pictures being sent to them showing the 4 inch deep markings in the lawn from their equipment! Not the first issue either. Sent something less than 1 month ago to them about the destruction of our front yard and got a, we will be more careful. Needless to say, service has been cancelled and I will make sure I let everyone know to NEVER use this company!

I have to give 1 star because cant give them 0 star. Their mowers cut my TV cable line and btoke main water line this morning on 06/14/2019. They didnt had courtesy to tell us and just shut down main water line. We have been without water for whole day and when Pinellas County Utilities guys showed up they showed us what these mowing company guys did. They are completely unprofessional when I called them and right away denied to take responsibility of the damages they did. They guy on the phone name was David and Angela both were rude. I cancelled my monthly service right away. I am going to send my repair bills to them and probably file small debt claim in court as well. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE JUST CROOK AND THUGS..

I have gone through 5 lawn companies over the last couple of years. I switched to Trinity Lawn about 5 months ago because all my neighbors use their service and highly recommended them. I am so glad I went with them. They go above and beyond any lawn service I have ever used.

We have 4 very large palm trees around the pool and lanai, with only 6ft of clearance between lanai and fence. The gentleman showed and were professional, courteous, and did a vantastic job.
They inquired during the process in regards to our opinion of how our trees looked and if we approved of the cuts. Upon completion we were able to put our landscaping statues back without further clean-up.

Matthew and his crew did a fantastic job on my yard. I only planned to do some landscaping but after getting the quote and seeing what the proposal for the whole yard was, Im glad I moved forward. I"ve gotten alot of compliments and would definitely recommend them for any related projects. I will use their services again soon.

It was a slow start for them getting set up and staff but we have been using them since they took it over and are doing very well with the lawn service and crews. We have also used them for tree trimming and debris cleanup and they did a great job! I highly recommend!

I'm so impressed and appreciative of the job Trinity Lawn does! My lawn is the envy of the block! Today, (10/23) the mower was acting up, and he did the backyard with a weedwacker!! These guys are amazing!!!

Communication is very poor. Totally missed mowing last week and no reason. After 2 weeks of not mowing they came today and broke a sprinkler that is beyond our repair and never answered when we called about it. My husband has had to put a large marker in our backyard as they always are hitting this one. Have seen workers fighting when here as well. So disappointing. Feel like our stuff is not respected. Not first time any of the above has occurred.
