We made the mistake of leaving this company for issues unrelated to the quality of their service. WE'RE BACK! Our lawn has gone from the eyesore of the block to a picture- perfect yard. They do it all and for less than my previous service. Highly recommend them.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a terrible company. The people are reckless causing damage to the property multiple times and always refuse to take responsibility for the issues they cause. Use at your own risk. Our recent damage is now going to cost thousands of dollars.

As a customer of several months now I am continually impressed at the quality of work, the communication and collaboration with me, and the kindness and customer orientation of the field crew. I switched to this firm after seeing their work product over several years. They maintain my lawn, shrubs and flower beds. Additionally, they did new beds and concrete curbing around my pool cage and 60+ new plantings. Matt, Jon, Tom and the rest of the team are respectful, conscientious and professional!

Keep looking…Do not hire this company.
They have repeatedly damaged my mailbox by placing equipment against it. Sent them pictures of their equipment on it and they refuse to pay to have it replaced. Damaged sprinklers and won’t repair them. They repeatedly miss cutting sections of the lawn and trimming the grass under trees. They do not consistently edge the lawn either. Very poor quality and service for the price they expect you to pay. I cancelled services to end at the end of the month (2weeks left) but since you have to prepay the month they have your money. They didn’t show up to cut my lawn this week even though I am prepaid. So unprofessional. If you are reading reviews to get an accurate understanding of what you are paying for, here you go!

We've had Trinity Lawn & Landscape mowing our lawn for years and been very pleased. Just had them come in and clear up some hurricane damage along with other deferred maintenance, including overgrown plant removal, palm tree trimming and stump grinding. Could not have been happier with the result.

I inquired online regarding some long overdue maintenance of the yard. Within the same day, Nicole had responded to me via email and we set up a time for the free inspection and estimate. An employee was out 2 days after that email, and was incredibly kind! He answered all my questions, addressed any issues he saw with the yard, and I had an estimate the next business day. We set up an appointment, the workers came out, did their job, and left without any issues. The next day, I had an invoice in my inbox. The lawn looks way better than it did when we moved in! I am highly impressed with the professionalism and kindness of everyone at Trinity Lawn and will certainly be looking to use them again!

Nick and his crew are always attentive to detail. He always asks if I have any issues that need to be addressed when I am home. Trinity lawn and landscape is competitively priced and I have been a long time satisfied customer.

Jon and his team are first rate! I’ve had them for five years plus and they’ve done both a reliable and professional job on my landscaping needs! They can provide a service that fits your needs and in my case, that’s the full Monty and my curb appeal has never looked better! Give em a try!

Service was okay - communication very poor

Had hired them to do an initial "freshen up" of yard and landscaping for our home we were putting on market plus continued lawn cuts biweekly throughout the selling process

Initial scope of work happened as planned on the first day of schedule

After the first day of higher cost work was completed, it went down hill from there.

They did not comply with the biweekly schedule and was poor with communication throughout the process.

In the end, I received a refund for one cut since it was on the wrong schedule, and it was not a good cut, but came to agreement to not continue with their services moving forward.

Awesome job done exactly as we requested. Guys are very professional and conscientious. Charlie, the owner, went above and beyond to help us tweak our project.

We had Trinity Lawn and Landscape out to do tree, palm and hedge trimming, as well as a removal of a dead palm. They did an outstanding job for us! So professional and when they left, you would never have known we had so much work done. They cleaned up better than any other company I’ve used. I highly recommend them for any and all of your landscaping needs!

We have used Trinity Lawn since 2006. They have consistently done a great job, both mowing and landscaping. We are always notified about weather related delays, but the work is always completed to our satisfaction. The crews work hard and we appreciate it. I'm sure it's a tough job but the guys are always friendly and cooperative. We hope they and their families fared well after the storm. THANKS TO ALL!

Your crew arrived at my house the morning after Hurricane Helene and proceeded to move all the branches and debris covering my backyard, and placed everything into a singular large pile. I'm sure it was necessary in order to mow, but the fact that you guys did that was so appreciated.
As a disabled woman with mobility issues, I was very worried if I was going to be able to safely navigate my backyard to clear it, especially since I was not expecting you all to be out.
Your crew has always been respectful and professional, and my yard is well taken care of, left in a neat and clean state. But this was, to me, an act of pure kindness.

We have been using Trinity Lawn & Landscape for almost a year. The services provided are thorough and at a reasonable rate. The crew are respectful and friendly, and they are always willing to answer questions. Working with Matt, we recently requested landscaping services. We had an overhaul of our front yard new palm tree, new mulch, and new plants. Matt was very helpful and informative. We are very happy with the results. The price for the project was reasonable and the work was completed in 2 days by a dedicated team. We would highly recommend them for lawn and landscaping needs!

Great genuine people, trying to grow a genuine business. Worked with me as best as possible to do my backyard project quuckly before listing the home for sale. They came right away when they had a cancelation, and did a fantastic job. Trimmed my palms great, hauled some yard waste I had accumulated. Even pushed back the overgrown grass so much I discovered pavement I didn't even know I had.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Exceptional service from start to finish. Jessica, John, Nick and the other techs went above and beyond in taking care of our needs from overhauling a pathetic irrigation system to one that now runs A++ to getting our hurricane damaged palms back to looking like new and getting our ornamental beds up to HOA standards. In addition they have been taking care of our lawn and bushes for over 12 years. I highly recommend John and Trinity Lawn & Landscape. Fair prices, great service, excellent excellent communication from start to finish.

Recently I found myself in need of a new lawn service and Trinity came highly recommended to me. John was professional and kind via the telephone. We made arrangements for him to come out to my home (at my convenience) to give me an estimate and to set up bi-monthly service. The process was seamless, the service is excellent and I’m happy I called!
