Reviews of local pros in Ellenton, Florida

Leona cleaned our 2 couches and chair and she did a wonderful job, they look like new again. She spent a lot of time to make sure the job was done correctly, would definitely recommend . Will use again whenever we need something cleaned.

We had to get an entire house clean; 3 carpet areas, 2 vinyl areas, and tile in 6 rooms.. All the areas were in bad shape. Leona worked magic. The carpets came cleaner than I didn’t think was possible, the grout/tile turned out amazing and the vinyl rooms looked almost brand new. I would highly recommend Leona’s services. Very professional and dependable.

I'm not sure if I'm supposed to call her a he or she, so I will use the name on the card. Leona came into my home and then wasted our time by saying I'm going to pass on the job. No explanation. Now we have to reschedule and most places are booked before the holidays. I had no spots or stains on carpet. Very weird person. I would never recommend this service.if I could no star I would. 😔 The carpet was ready to cleaned before holidays. My daughter was here and couldn't understand the complication. We were here at the scheduled appointment time!

I have had the most wonderful experience working with Leona's Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning and I highly recommend this company. Len is a truly a professional at his work and is most pleasant to deal with. Not only did he do a superb job cleaning and restoring our tile and carpet to "like new" he also provided us with very fair pricing on his work. Please do not hesitate to hire this company.

Leona did a fantastic job on my off-white sofa and loveseat yesterday and I am thoroughly impressed! They look brand new! Plus, added bonus she was a very nice person and very pleasant!

Leona’s service was extraordinary! The products she used smelled fresh and lingered. The furniture sparkles and our rugs are like new. She is a hard worker and did a superb job. We will have her back again and again. We highly recommend her over the “other box store types.”

Leona was easy to work with and very professional. Responded promptly to initial request, and worked with us to pick a date clean as we were only in town for a week and our condo is a rental. We are extremely pleased with the quality of her work, and we would use her again and highly recommend her.

Leona is exceptional, courteous and efficient.
She did a beautiful job cleaning the tile and grout (1000 Square Feet) in our home. She also cleaned 4 expensive oriental runners that now look new!
I highly recommend her for your home.

Leona did an Excellent job cleaning our carpets, rugs and couch. She is thorough and very knowledgeable in cleaning methods. I highly recommend her services!

Leona is very professional and does a great job. Very easy to work with. She even does emergency calls whenever our little one decides to drop paint on the rug. Highly recommend!

We just had our sofa, 2 chairs and an ottoman cleaned by Leona today. She did an absolutely exceptional job. The pieces cleaned are quite large and she made sure to clean every square inch front, back, and sides. Extremely pleased with the results. We will be recommending her to everybody. Very reasonably priced as well. Would give her 10 stars if we could.

Wow, we're so impressed! We mop our flooring all the time not realizing how filthy they still were. The proof was in the water! The flooring turned out beautifully like the day it was first installed. Leona's professionalism along with outstanding care for your property as though it were her own was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this place.

Leona is so thorough. She cleaned tile, grout, carpets and area rugs. My husband and I were so pleased with the results! A big plus is she is so pleasant to have in your home and really cares about customer satisfaction. Pretty unusual these days, unfortunately. No hesitation in recommending her services!

Leona was very professional, on time and meticulous. Would highly recommend her work. We had two area rugs cleaned and they looked amazing when she was done! Thanks Leona

Wow! We are thrilled! My first area rug looks new! My recliners were extremely dirty and now they look great! Leona is very through. I like how she explained her products and process. Definitely will use this business in the future!

Leona has come to clean my rugs and couches several times in the past year! He does an amazing job every time and is very professional. The work done leaves my upholstery feeling brand new, considering how dirty they can get with all my animals being on them. When I have an emergency, like my cat peeing on a couch, he is the first person I call and he tries his best to fit me in his schedule. He surely works very hard and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a beautiful refresh on their home.

Leona cleaned our tile and carpet. Leona did an amazing job. Our tile grout turned out as white as it originally was over 18 years ago. Leona even rearranged her schedule to accommodate my schedule. Leona is very nice and professional. I will only call Leona for our cleaning needs. We will refer Leona to all our friends, family and neighbors. Thank you Leona!!!

We called on Friday while traveling back home from a trip up north hoping to get our Motor Home carpet cleaned . Leona asked when we would like to schedule the work and we said we were hoping for Monday, thinking that was a long shot! She asked me to wait a minute and she would see if she could work us in. Fortunately we were able to get scheduled for noon on Monday. Awesome! She arrived early and reviewed the project and we asked if the Sofa and Recliner could also be done while she was there. Not a problem. Her attention to detail was great and she obviously went out of her way to get a stubborn stain in the entry way removed.Great service! After seeing the results we enthusiastically scheduled a visit to have her return and do several rooms in our home. Can't wait to see that done! We highly recommend Loena! She does great work for a reasonable price!

Leona did a fantastic job on my sectional, chairs, dining chairs, and library sofa. She worked tirelessly to get my dining chairs to look absolutely beautiful again, getting the yellowing out from aging and old scotchguard. Her attention to detail is impeccaable. Will definitely have her back!! Highly recommend her services!!

Leona did a great job a few years back on my carpets and that’s why i was disappointed with my recent experience. Came out and said I wasn’t prepared because I didn’t vacuum (vacuuming is quick and I would have done it had I known that wasnt part of the service). Complained about a few things in the hallway and a few standard furniture items in the rooms even though I had spent a few hours the night before clearing big items out. We were really looking forward to Leona working with us but the lack of flexibility with moving things around surprised me and the changed quoted price was astronomical compared to another received quote!
