I had David K From Aqua Plumbing come to my house about a water heater issue. I told him my problem and he very patiently explained what choices I had. I liked he didn't try to sell me anything. I decided to have the water heater drained, which did not solve the problem, but recommeded that Frank S should come out and test my water. Frank S came and tested my water and explained that my issue was the hard water and that I should consider a water softener. Both gentlemen were polite, friendly, and acknowledgeable.

I had 2 plumbing issues taken care of by Tony @ Aqua Plumbing. He was great! He knew exactly what the issues were, he explained everything to me and was quick. Very professional and courteous. This is our third time using Aqua and we highly recommend this company.

David is always pleasant and professional. He explained the problems with my unit, and made every effort to restore my system to working order, as quickly as possible. He was successful, thank goodness!! I have never had reason to complain about any services provided by Aqua Plumbing and Air. I would highly recommend this company.

We had David service our AC yesterday. He was on time, very knowledgeable and courteous. We are using Aqua Plumbing for all of our AC, Electrical and plumbing related issues and needs. Super easy to deal with and great service from the first phone call to the workmanship. I would give 6 stars if possible.

Had a complicated electrical problem at my home. Special thanks to Mike, the supervisor of the electrical repair department who for coming out and diagnosing the problem and putting together. the work around to solve it!

Today (4/7/23 approx. 4:15pm) I saw an employee of this company pull into a neighbor's driveway to turn around and to my surprise they didn't back out of the driveway instead they drove over the front yard and back onto the street!!! When I confronted the employee at the house where he was working he denied doing it. When I said I'd take a picture of his truck and report him to the police he said he didn't mean to do it!!! Which is it ... he didn't do it or didn't MEAN to do it??? If this is how employees of Aqua Plumbing show respect for other people's property I would NEVER USE THEM!

I’m so disappointed, I’ve been using Aqua Plumbing & Air for years and this visit to change out one landscaping light that they had put in 2 years prior cost me 483.00 for one light. The fixture itself retail is 55.00. I’ve never felt so taken advantage of, our world is changing for the worst I fear and people charging exuberant amounts for everything. I can no longer say that would use this company. I don’t mind paying for things and I understand prices have gone up but really, 483.00 for one light? I just put new tires on my car and for 4 of the best tires and labor I paid 976.00, for a military family that we are this is outrageous.

These jokers came out to my home yesterday, & informed me that I needed a NEW AC unit… they quoted it at $11,000.
I immediately got a bad feeling from the technician, as he simply did not seem honest. He barely looked at the unit, & came up with the conclusion that it was fried by lighting, & needed to be replaced. This guy tried to take advantage of my 80 year old mother. Luckily I arrived in time to tell her to get this guy out of here.

I called another company, & they replaced the FAN, & added gas to the system. They fixed it within 1.5 hours for $775.

Aqua is a bunch of cons. If I hadn’t warned my elderly mother. She would have given this skum bag company $11,000 for nothing.

This company is awful and does not stand by their work. On 8/29 I paid $250 for them to come out and fix the igniter on my hot water heater. At the time, I felt the charge was unreasonable but I paid it. Three weeks later I had to turn the gas off to the house and lo and behold, my gas water heater won’t ignite again! When I call back they try to charge me the price of an emergency call and refuse to come fix their work! This is a company that I have used for plumbing and routine AC work for years! What a joke of a company. Highly recommend not using them unless you want to be raked over the coals too.

Update: Because this unethical company refused to fix their work, I literally disassembled the igniter assembly myself and fixed it permanently. That’s right, I’m a financial professional that did a better job than a licensed plumber that deals with these tasks daily. Then, when I demand a refund for not providing the service I paid for, you refused the refund lol. Your company sucks so bad!

After chasing pinhole leaks in our original and aging copper pipes, we reached an urgent decision to have our whole home repiped. We compiled a list of five (5) different companies to provide their proposals and cost estimates. Aqua Plumbing’s Operations Manager, Charlie, came out personally to assess our situation and provided a very fair estimate. Charlie was extremely thorough and forthright as he walked us through what is involved with a repiping process. We were immediately at ease with our stressful decision and chose Aqua Plumbing based on Charlie’s outstanding representation. We are so grateful that Charlie then assigned who we now consider his “Repiping A Team”, Matt and Cody, to complete our project. Along the way, Matt and Cody both took their time to carefully explain, with confidence, their execution of the repiping plan and precisely ran new PEX pipe to each drop with minimal invasion. We are very blessed to have had Matt and Cody perform this incredibly difficult work; treating our home as if it were their own. Matt and Cody brought us peace - just in time for Christmas!
