I had my entire house re-piped and a new water heater installed in the two days as promised. Angel and Matt were the two techs that did the work. It was a pleasure working with them as they thought out each step of the job, and the best way to complete the task. (I hope Aqua knows how valuable these guys to the company) They left the house in clean condition. I would use this company again. I would also feel comfortable recommending they to anyone. GJB

I have used the company initially for A/C maintenance and always impressed from the lady answering phone to the installer who came to my home. When I had a plumbing issue , why call anyone else? Again, top notch service which is why they will continue getting my business! AARON, top notch service person! Love how you sent a text with his pic so I knew who to expect at my door. He is smart, knew immediately how to repair several issues and got right to work. I pray I don’t have a lot of repairs but if you have to come back, please send him!

While no encounter with a plumber is ever pleasant lol..our experience with Aqua Plumbing staff and scheduling, as well as with Tony was great. Very knowledgeable and laid out all options before proceeding. Provided insight and advice and left both bathrooms clean and the issue addressed and fixed!

I’ve used Aqua Plumbing forever. The only company I will call. My plumbing tech, David Kurth, is the most honest and wonderful man. My tub was so clogged we thought the pipes might need to be replaced. With his faith in himself and his perseverance, he was able to work it all thru. He really didn’t want to give up! It took a long time, but it broke loose. Thank you David. I appreciate your honesty and perseverance. What an Amazing gentleman.

Great job once again! Services our Reverse Osmosis Water purification system. Daniel (Bubba) our service person is always prompt, courteous, professional and very personable. We have had him for many years and would recommend AQUA since it appears they strive to hire good employees. Very satisfied with their service.

We have been using Aqua for 11 years. They have been great for AC service. Recently, our hot water heater needed to be replaced. Aqua wanted to charge us $1,611.00 to replace it. We decided to try another option. Of course, Aqua charged us $100.00 for 5 minutes. We bought a new heater for $400.00 and put it in in 30 minutes. This is a very sad example of the mark up consumers encounter. Aqua you can be better. Come on...

David was very helpful in making us aware of warranty issues and upgrade needed for surge protection for outdoor unit. He completed his service in a timely manner, very polite and we hope we will be able to have him her for future service calls.

Called Aqua Plumbing for several plumbing services including blocked drainage, garbage disposal, shower problems and blocked water to toilet. Vic arrived promptly, wore a mask, very professional and friendly. He was able to handle all the problems, even climbing on the roof to access the plumbing vent there. Service was organized and clean. Prices had been quoted to me by the office when we booked the service so no surprises. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Aqua Plumbing and AC.

Tony B. worked extremely hard on installing a new water heater in our condo. He cleaned up all messes, was very informative and explained what he was doing at all times. He worked for 4 1/2 hours without taking much of a break. He was professional and very respectful! I will definitely be using Aqua again and highly recommend them!

Todd was terrific - helpful, professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. I had servicing on my 2 tankless water heaters. I had some questions about some other plumbing & water issues, & Todd patient & thoroughly answered everything. What's great about Todd & Aqua Plumbing & Air is that they clearly care about the customer & they are business like - they get back to you, come when they say they will & do a great job. You'd think that would be basic, but sadly it isn't. I recommend them highly!

David is excellent. His level of customer service is superior. We highly recommend him. Aqua is a wonderful company with unparalleled service.

Update: Graham Y came out and did the yearly service for our HVAC system. He went above and beyond to assist.

PS Ashley and the entire office staff are also wonderful. We have been with them for decades. Since they do plumbing and HVAC, they do it all and by patronizing this company you can just have it all in one place.

I think their pricing is fair, but they’re not going to be the cheapest in town. As a person who appreciates value, but also excellence, I think it’s important to consider whether you want the job done right or are you just too cheap to pay for good service.

The old adage “you get what you pay for” absolutely applies here. I’d be willing to pay a higher price in order to get good service. But I really do think their pricing is fair and competitive in this local market. In addition, they’ve won many local awards and I think that’s a testament to the fact that their value is appreciated.

Note: I do not work for this company and this is not a paid review. They’ve been servicing our home for 20+ years. We are very picky customers as you can see, probably from all of the reviews, and I only work with vendors that are trusted.

David was fantastic. Fast and thorough and polite. He’s even saved me from a snake! You cannot ask for better service than that. We have used Aqua for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed.

Graham confirmed that him arriving early to service our HVAC would work for our schedule, which we appreciated his consideration of our time. He was efficient in serving our older system. We asked if we should consider replacing it, but he gave us feedback that it is running well and seems to have several more years of life. We very much appreciate that kind of honesty and plan to use Aqua Plumbing & Air when the time does come to replace the system. Many thanks, Graham!
