Wow, I can’t say enough about Integrity AC. Great customer service, from Lori who answered my call promptly, gave some direction as to what to try first and Ivan arrived shortly thereafter. He was able to identify our issue, had all the needed parts with him, so no waiting on a part to be ordered. I can’t say enough about how responsive, professional, timely and personable Lori & Ivan are. They need a raise. 😊. Best company ever!!

Fantastic company! I’ve used them twice and each time they were very honest and transparent with us about repairs. They try to help you troubleshoot problems before coming to your residence and simply charging you for a house visit. Truly phenomenal customer service!!

5/14/2024 - We had to have one of our AC units replaced and Integrity AC once again came to the rescue. They took the time to explain which option had the best cost efficient operating system for our needs. Their teams are always very knowledgeable & friendly. We have been depending on Integrity AC for all our AC maintenance for many years now. Frankly, we trust them as they are always honest and tell it straight. We have never felt like they were trying to upsell us like all the other HVAC companies out there today. Integrity for many years now have taken care of many homes in our community and we all trust Integrity AC to do the right thing.

Today we had regular maintenance work done on our 2 HVAC systems by Integrity AC. Our service tech was Luis who was very friendly, informative and knowledgable of the work at hand. We have had Integrity AC do work for us over the years. We always feel confident we can trust them and feel good that our HVAC units are in good hands.
We greatly appreciate the work they have done for us over the yrs.

Brandon came out the same day we called for service. He did an excellent job and thoroughly explained what he found and fixed. Many companies would have probably tried to sell us a new unit, but he said we did not have to do that yet, as it’s working fine. Highly recommend.

The process of getting a new air conditoning unit went very smoothly. Everyone involved was not only professional but friendly, prompt and neat. I appreciate this level of care. Brandon and his team were wonderful. I would highly recommend them.

Brandon is very knowledgeable with all types of HVAC and helpful in diagnosing the correct problem. The house is so much cooler now than when the ac was new, excellent workmanship.

Integrity made accommodations to their schedule to fit us in for a servic3 fall. Everything was clearly explained nd the work was completed in a very professional manner. There was no push to add additional services. Very customer friendly.

So we had a problem with our heat it went out Christmas Eve was blowing cold air got a hold of my insurance company they sent out integrity. Integrity came out, looked at it ordered a part installed the part a few weeks later, when the guy came out to install the part. He looked at my wife and said I don’t know how this is going to heat up your house. This is a small electrical heater doesn’t make any sense. We never had a problem with our heat till it went out. They install the part and now our heat is still blowing cold so it’s not working almost a month later they’ve been out to my house two times and it is still not resolved, this is the worst service I have ever had to deal with we have 3 kids in a cold house at night. So now we’re waiting a fourth time to see what’s gonna happen next. I will keep you posted and let you know if they can fix it or if we had to get another company involved stay tuned…….
