My experience with Air Shield has been exceptional. First I would like to commend Carrie and Ray for their concern for my safety and comfort. We ordered a new system and it was installed two days later. The installers Mykol and Umberto were first rate, cared for my home, and were very informative. I am happy with the new system. I would also thank Tammy for her responsive communications which made this pricess less stressful.

I have a service contract with Air shield heating and cooling. It takes the worry out of maintaining my unit that was purchased from them. Isidro is very Competent and informative. He explained everything that he did while he was doing it and reviewed afterward letting me know that everything is going well with my unit. It’s a pleasure and reassuring having this company take care of my heating and cooling.

Was a little hesitant with moving forward on purchasing a new unit after having constant issues with our old one, but Air Shield did an awesome job helping ease all questions and concerns. Greg Valdes was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure we found a plan we were comfortable with. 10/10 recommend for anyone looking to be treated with care

Diaz was really great at determining the problem with my heat pump and getting the fan motor replaced as quickly as possible. The customer service is excellent also. They did a same day follow up to ensure everything was working correctly.

Tammy was fantastic to work with. She understood our concerns, agreed with us that it had to be. remediated and even asked if I was a Veteran and applied the discount available to me.
Austin did a great job replacing the thermostat that was installed in error. Worked diligently to correct our issue.
Between the two of them they saved a customer and even turned us into permanent customers.

I had a great experience with Air Comfort Heating and Cooling. Carrie came out to do an inspection and a servicing of our HVAC system. She two parts that were getting ready to fail. She did a great job explaining what parts needed to be replaced. She completed the repairs very quickly and professionally. I would use this company again.

Billy Krizen is amazing. So blessed he came out and rescued our desperate mold situation. My son has been having severe health issues and was hospitalized several times and the entire AC system needed remediation. We were also on a time crunch and he got his crew together to help us get it all done so my family could move back into the house. Thank you so much!! You rock!

We purchased the top of the line unit hoping the features explained to us worked as well as the sales person explained to us. They have an array of units at varying price ranges but we know how dirty Florida’s air is so we felt we needed something with more power and add-ons to clean it before entering our home. So far we see the difference. It’s not even close to the accumulation of dust and film we were accustomed to. The temperature is consistent with no fluctuations which tells us it’s energy efficient. The thermostat is connected to our wifi so we adjust it using our phones from anywhere. We’re very happy with it. Last, the salesperson was top notch, no pressure or gimmicks and the installation was completed in less than two days. The installers were respectful, conscientious and timely, an all around good experience.

Carrie Garrett and her partner came in today and did an amazing job! They explained everything about what they were going to do, about their program and packages, and they answered any questions that we had, making sure that we understood everything about the visit. They were both very personable and Customer Service was excellent! We even got a follow up call almost immediately after they left to make sure that our visit went well. Highly recommend!

I’ve been a member with AirShield Heating and Cooling for the past three years, and I can confidently say the service has been outstanding. Billy has been absolutely incredible to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly so that i know what services are being provided and what I need to take into account when it comes to the health of my hvac system. Over the years, his help has been tremendously appreciated. Whether it’s routine maintenance or addressing unexpected issues, Billy consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction.

My dad has a service contract with Air Shield. Our first contact was with Jeannie (not sure of the spelling). She provided a calm, clear and reassuring experience. Because of our situation she was able to secure a technician that arrived within the hour. Our technician was Nick Jr. and we are so appreciative of his calm disposition and knowledge. He was so patient with my dad (who is 95) and provided clear answers and information. I am sure Nick Jr's' parents and Jeannie's parents are extremely proud of the children they raised. Thank you both for providing exceptional customer service and making us feel valued.

My husband and I had a great experience with Air Shield Heating and Cooling. From the first phone call with Tammy to our consultation with Billy and Marcus, the customer service was outstanding. Billy and Marcus were punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the system and answered all our questions. They worked efficiently and left everything clean and organized. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly values customer service. They troubleshot our failing HVAC system that was not cooling our home during the day. I highly recommend Integrity AC. I had a great experience. They are knowledgeable, professional, honest and helpful. We had an emergency and the technician Ivan was on site almost immediately. We were brand new customers and they treated us like family.

I was referred to Integrity AC by my neighbor when I first moved in. Integrity AC has serviced my unit for 6 years. I have found Brandon to be fair, trustworthy, responsive, honest, and his company’s pricing is affordable. Brandon stands by his work. Lori the office manager is friendly and schedules service appointments quickly. I have reached out to her & Brandon on the weekend (non office hours) and they both unexpectedly responded (I expected a call back the next business day). 5 stars all day for Integrity AC.

Fast and honest service. I had a 2 year old unit stop cooling so I called the company that originally installed the unit to check it out. They told me it was a capacitor and I had to wait a week for the part that was covered under warranty, or I could pay $700 for one the same day that was not covered under the warranty. I cant go a week in the summer without air, so I called Integrity AC for a second opinion. Lori said Ivan could stop and give an opinion at the end of the day. In the meantime, Lori actually found the "covered under warranty part" at a local supply warehouse and Ivan installed it for a service fee. A fraction of the $700 quote from the guys who say "you dont need new until we say you do". Its good to know there are honest people out there. I'll never use anyone but Integrity AC.

Ivan was able to come out the same day and arrived when promised. Very professional and knowledgeable.
He could not give a quote at the time as he said the front office would provide it which they did promptly.

After a text discussion of our AC issue we were able to schedule a a next day appointment. Brandon was able to identify the problem and within 30 minutes all was repaired. Thanks Brandon!! Thanks Integrity AC!!

I thought integrity AC was very pricey to put the system under a vacuum and add 3.20 lbs of R410A in a small 2 ton mini split ductless AC unit. They wanted $700 plus. I tried to negotiate with them and it was like getting blood from a rock. When we negotiated, their offer was unacceptable. I don’t recommend them.
My original complaint was that the system couldn’t hold the refrigerant charge. It was definitely leaking from the flared connections. The so called “technician” did not take the unit apart to “tighten” the connections. I’m not sure if it was laziness or if he didn’t have the experience. I’ll never call them again. I don’t recommend this company. I’ll do it myself and save tons of money.

Update from Integrity’s response:
The flared fittings inside the evaporator were not physically checked. He didn’t wait long enough to see if the nitrogen would hold pressure. He never dismantled the evaporator to access the fittings. Another beef I have is that Integrity AC installed that system according to the records I have from the prior homeowner. They have denied the installation. That put a very bad taste in my mouth. They know the unit is still under warranty. They won’t admit it. Why they denied the install? You tell me. Unacceptable.
