Had a smooth and flawless experience with the company! Every employee I dealt with throughout the process of getting a new AC unit was top-notch. The owner was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. I will never work with any other company for my HVAC needs. Highly recommend!!

Brandon the technician was very knowledgeable and thorough explaining exactly what aspects he would be checking when he would be conducting our bi-annual maintainence. He text when he was on his way, used shoe covers while walking inside. When he was finished he came back inside with his findings and let us know that an email would follow shortly, which it did. He also made us aware of a small issue with our off door side water spigot which we were thankful as we never use. Very competitive for annual service agreement and scheduling is pleasant & timely. Give Integrity AC an opportunity....you won't be disappointed!

We had them replace all of our incoming plumbing lines to avoid leaks, install a tankless gas water heater and install a water treatment system to remove the chlorine and the hardness. We were very happy with all aspects of the job. Everyone was prompt, courteous and great attention to detail. We would highly recommend them.

Tony and Josh were great to work with. They took Our old faucet out and replaced it with a new one. The faucet is beautiful and operates properly. Tony the Service Tech was awesome. On time, protective footwear and mask, very professional and on time. He installed a kitchen faucet and replaced a toilet flapper which was old and causing my toilet to slowly leak. That wasn't even on the schedule of things to do. He just asked if there was anything else he could address while in the house. It was an after thought on my part. Finally, he asked to check the water tank-heater...for free. Who does anything for free anymore? And then he told me it was old but in great shape. No up-selling pressure, just good old fashioned outstanding customer service. I am a life long customer.

Vic was simply terrific! Professional, very experienced and extremely friendly too, he diagnosed and solved a vexing issue involving our garbage disposal and also installed a new kitchen faucet for us. We couldn’t be more pleased with his work. We highly recommend Vic and Aqua Plumbing.

Mitchell and Joe from Aqua Plumbing and Air’s electrical department did a great job running a new circuit from the garage breaker box to a new waterproof electrical outlet on our lanai for two powered hurricane shutters that will soon be installed. They added a new GFI outlet in the garage too for that special circuit.
They did a very neat job and I couldn’t be happier.

We had our septic tank cleaned out and a day later had a whole home stoppage. I had done one load of laundry and had sitting water in both showers. I called at least 8 companies and most had next day appointments. They gave me a 2-4 time frame and the tech actually arrived closer to 1pm which was perfect as the sooner the better! Angel was professional and proficient. He fixed the stoppage within the first hour and their cost wasn't astronomical. They also send a text with the technicians picture which I find would be comforting to know who to expect. I would call them again due to Angel being so professional.

Dave and his associate notified me on way, came on time. Informed me of what they were doing, very professional and very interested to making sure my air conditioners was in tip top condition. Great service and great employees that why I continue to use and praise your company

February 1, 2023.. in our house we are older with autoimmune issues. We use Aqua for all of our systems. We have maintenance contracts with Aqua for our plumbing and water systems as well as our HVAC system. Today, Colby came for the HVAC maintenance visit. As always, we received professional care and quality work. Colby found and rectified an issue that could have cost us a great deal of money AND cost us significant health problems. I have never been even the slightest disappointed with the company or its technicians! Can’t say that about many things. I will continue to recommend Aqua for any issues that they cover.

Spring, 2020- We are relatively new “full-timers” to Florida. We lived in the same house, back in Virginia, for almost 35 years. Needless to say we had well established relationships with the service providers who took care of us and our property. The move means establishing new relationships with area providers. When we have needed something done we have asked friends who they recommended. But last night around 11:30 we had, what was for us, a plumbing crisis. From the initial call to the switchboard through our service today... I can’t say enough nice things about how painless you and your team made this experience! Kelly came to the house in the middle of the night and immediately stopped the massive water flow. He was so friendly and efficient, even though he had been at it since 7am! He educated me on the problem, told me what he was doing in the moment, and then assured me someone would be back today to fix the problem. I got a call this morning that someone was on the way. And then I met Camilo! Fast, friendly, funny, and also incredibly efficient. Tom was able to explain to me the different “plans” for service and when I told him how exceptional everyone had been we talked about next steps. I don’t know the young lady’s name that I talked to, but she got me set up immediately for the Plumbing Service Contract. I can’t imagine anything being less painless than my experience with Aqua... beginning to end! I now have Aqua Plumbing in my contacts on my phone AND listed as Plumbing Contractor. I am pleased to be able to say that I have started my new relationship in Florida with you guys. Hopefully I’ve got another 25 years to see it grow! Please extend our gratitude!

March 29, 2021 > Bubba and Aqua Plumbing & Air saved me a great deal of money and frustration! A neighbor found a hose leaking a significant amount of water on the back of his property and he thought it was coming from our property. We have solar, irrigation, water softener, and well/septic ATU systems. We have so many water-related systems that we had no idea where to begin or how to problem-solve who to call. I called Aqua. Bubba knows our systems and he checked out ours. He then went with me to the neighbor’s house to see what the issue might be. He was able to identify the problem and demonstrate that it was not our problem and pointed him in the right direction to get his issue resolved. Can’t be more thankful for their above and beyond customer service!

January 19, 2022> As always, Aaron was excellent! As always, I appreciated how responsive Aqua is! I never worry when there is an issue because they have yet to find something they couldn’t take care of!

Andrew Hill did a spectacular job installing our new Diakin heat pump. He was very professional, on time, worked quickly, and cleaned up after work was completed. Very patiently instructed us on thermostat. Would recommend Aqua to anyone needing A/C install or service. We also enjoyed working with Scott, great salesperson.

Great experience with Bubba our plumber and installer. Explained everything to us before install of our water treatment system. Quality craftsmanship, finished on time and for what we budgeted for. Having them out soon to replace our water heater soon too...would recommend and definitely use AQUA again!

The technician was courteous and professional. He was able to find out what was wrong with my AC in short time and had the supplies/parts necessary. The technician had tremendous expertise and could explain to me what was wrong with my AC. He pointed out the location of the problem- it was a leak- and he also provided photos. I was very satisfied with the quality of service!

Called Aqua to get a second opinion on our 16 month old central AC unit. We had returned from our time in Cape Cod to find water leaks from the unit on our garage floor. We were told by our installation company that it required a new coil unit under warranty but not labor. $2000 estimate! David inspected the unit the next day after our call and found poor installation was the problem. He was able to complete a simple repair with no parts required. Unit is working fine. We will be using Aqua for all our AC and plumbing concerns in the future. Highly recommended.
