Constraction reviews in Estero, Florida

My parents are moving into a new home and the master bathroom needed a serious facelift. Hunter did a fantastic job cleaning, sealing, recaulking and restoring grout color. It looks brand new! I am very happy. This is the third time The Groutsmith has done work for us and they are excellent!

Absolutely love this company. They are always super responsive to my texts, and show up promptly. The work is superb and always looks so much better when they are done. They have done the tiles throughout my house, but most recently they did my tile floor in my shower. The grout was cracked and the floor never looked clean. I feel like Im in a new shower!

I don't think that I had the light on when I took the photo of the floor prior to the cleaning, but you still "get the picture", dark and dirty grout that was transformed. Nick, Louis and Ryan were all a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

Nick and his crew did an amazing job staining and sealing the grout throughout our new house. Pictures show a side by side before and after, and then a close up Would highly recommend!

Very good job, tile and grout professionally cleaned to a brilliant brand new finish and appearance. GroutSmith Team members were well trained, polite, moved quickly and did a great job at a fair price. High recommendation.

Great experience with Nick the salesperson and the crew that showed up on time, worked hard, and completed job within the timeframe they told me it would take. They educated me on how to take care of the tile in the future and left me with cleaning product. Do not hesitate to use this company. 10 Year warranty is a great feature as well.

I could not be more pleased with the results from the job done to my floors they look awesome. Kevin and Ryan were courteous and very helpful in moving heavy things and explaining the procedures to follow in keeping the floors now as the grout has been stained for the colors I have chosen to blend in with the tile. They work together, are efficient and did it in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this procedure other than the standard steam cleaning.

Ryan and Kevin were excellent. They did a thorough job showing respect, professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. They certainly knew what they were doing. Our senior dog had an accident this morning and it wiped right up, no ugly grout stains. Looks beautiful and just in time for new owners. Got an offer on the house the following day. Guess it was good luck. Now I want to stay. The house is 40 years old, and the tile is over 25 years old, and it looks like it's brand new! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend The Groutsmith to restore your tile grout. They were so very professional from beginning to end. The owner came to give an estimate and scheduled the service date within a week. The service techs called to say they would be able to begin the service about an hour and half ahead of the scheduled time if we were available. The service techs were very courteous and very professional. My tiled floor looks brand new. They also provided me with after care instructions as well as a bottle of the PH Neutral cleaner and a bottle of the grout seal in case a touch up is needed. While they were not cheap, it certainly was worth the price.

I would highly recommend Groutsmith to do your grout work. They were fantastic, clean, very professional and left everything spotless.

We just had our tile floors cleaned and the grout sealed and the tile and grout looks better than when we moved in 20 years ago. Kevin and Ryan did an awesome job, they were professional and explained each process as they went along. They moved the rugs, furniture and every other large item and returned them to their original place. To top it off the price was the lowest we received and my wife is extremely pleased so that’s all that matters. I’d highly recommend The Groutsmith and Kevin and Ryan if you’re planning on restoring your tile and grout floors.

I would highly recommend the Groutsmith. The quote was done quickly and on time. Hunter arrived on time and did a fantastic job of cleaning and putting new grout and seal in our secondary shower. He was very neat, courteous, and knowledgeable. Shower looks brand new and the price was very reasonable.

After our house was flooded last year, we assumed that we would have to live with stained tile and grout forever. Nick and his team at the Groutsmith did a fabulous job restoring the floor to a like new condition. What businesses have the owner answer the phone and schedule you and answer questions? I didn’t think there were any left. Nick and Groutsmith might be the last one on the planet to do this. What a pleasure to deal with and the price was reasonable.
We will certainly recommend them to all of our friends. Finally, an honest, hard-working, responsive contractor in southwest Florida. What a breath of fresh air.

The Groutsmith staff that worked on or loggia and bathrooms were on time, courteous, and extremely hard working. Their obvious expertise in cleaning our tile surfaces and color sealing all grout lines resulted in an outcome that exceeded our expectation. Our 10-year old tiled surfaces look better than when we moved into our newly constructed condo.

Top notch experience.
Nick the owner is professional, and Hunter did a meticulous job. Our shower 23 year old shower tiles look brand new!
We highly recommend Groutsmith.

Groutsmith was fast, friendly and professional, they took care moving the furniture that needed to be moved. All stained grout areas look like new. Will do business with them again!

Very professional company, fair pricing and good work. I feel like I got good value for my money and we are satisfied by the work done. I am very picky about contractors and do most things myself. It was a relief to have someone do things right for a fair price.

They came and did a fantastic job. The technicians arrived early, were very professional. They explained what they were doing. They cleaned everything and then applied the sealer and stain. They took a lot of time to explain how to care for the grout when they were done. The two techs were polite, cleaned up when finished and did great work. Excellent company!!

Best experience I have had with a contractor in SWFL since I have been here. Responded to my call for an estimate, showed up as promised, did the work as described during estimate, AND It came out better than expected. Thank you Nick - Hunter did an incredible job - I would recommend 100% to anyone that needs grout work

The Groutsmith team came highly recommended and we were not disappointed. From the quoting process to cleanup, it was a smooth experience. Communication was terrific. They arrived on time and were professional in their work. Our tile floors were very dirty, grout was discolored and unable to clean it on my own trying several You Tube concoctions. The team was efficient and respectful and did an awesome job. They cleaned and restored a shower floor as well. Reasonably priced too, we thought. All looks brand new! Thank you Groutsmith!!

Groutsmith did an amazing job regrouting our master shower.
The shower walls and floor actually look better than when we moved in to our new home. I highly recommend them.
