Constraction reviews in Estero, Florida

We have used the Groutsmith 3 times, the most recent for floor tile grout throughout the entire condo. Quick and reasonable quote, on time arrival, and completely finished in about 3 hours. Looks terrific, should have done this a long time ago. Really appreciate the cleaning advice and two bottles of cleaning solution to keep it looking like new. Now the lanai!

Groutsmith was perfect. Very professional. Timely quote, friendly and professional staff. Floor looks like new. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Will use them again when the shower grout needs work.

Groutsmith did a wonderful job on our grout. It looks brand new and enjoy looking at it each day. I would give a five rating and recommend this company. Kevin and Ryan arrived on time, explained the process for cleaning and got to work quickly. Thank you Groutsmith for a job well done.

Ryan and Kevin were excellent on the kitchen grout. Hunter did a fabulous job on our master shower. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Thanks guys for the great work!

I am very happy with the work that The Groutsmith did for us. My 20 year old tile grout never looked clean no matter what I used to clean the lines. It is now revived to look like new tiles. I highly recommend them and they are reasonably priced. Judy Rowland

Process was amazing from initial meeting to get quote, scheduling, technicians arriving and explanation of after appointment maintenance. Technicians were extremely courteous, well informed and did an outstanding job. Great experience from beginning to end.

Fantastic! I had my grout clean over the whole house. I was AMAZED how clean it came out. Salesman helped us pick out grout color. It looks amazing! I wish I had done this years ago! Great company to deal with!!!

Communication throughout was excellent and estimate was final price. Kevin, Raven and Hunter arrived on time, finished exactly on time and were three of the nicest people you'll ever do business with. The results were amazing. Had entire main bath, half walls, shower, and floor, hall bath tub surround and floor, kitchen floor and entry floor done. All looked great. Main bath looks like a brand new bathroom and it was the most in need of refreshment. Floors have a 10 year warranty. I'm so glad I found them.

Barger Roofing was the perfect solution for our roof repair. Personal service from Kris Barger, a reasonable quote, and the precise expertise needed to diagnose and repair tiles damaged by recent hurricanes. Five stars from start to finish.

They were professional, on time and did quality work at a fair price. The crew was respectful, cleaned up, highly recommend

This company was so nice to work with. I needed a large roof repair done in a hurry and they were able to get right to it and get it done. It looks beautiful and I highly recommend using them.

I can't speak highly enough of Kris Barger and Barger Roofing.
I had a small soffit and facia job I needed done.
Being 65 years old it is not in my best interest to be climbing up on my roof.
I reached out to 3 roofing companies for estimates.
The first company sent out a salesman and he gave me a price that almost gave me a heart attack. It was ridiculous.
I sent him on his way.
The second company said they had a $1000.00 minimum charge.
I thanked them for being up front and not wasting my time sending out a salesman, but I was not interested.
Then I met Kris Barger.
I described the job to him and he gave me a quote over the phone.
Kris came out to the house to look at the job.
He gave me a very fair price!
I felt very comfortable with him.
Then exceeding my expectations, he sent a man out the very next day and completed the job for me.
Kris is honest and up front!
If I could give him 10 stars on this review I would!
I won't waste my time calling other companies for any future needs I may have.
Kris Barger will get the first call.
