Highly recommend Greenway Landscape Supplies. We visited the Estero location and had the pleasure of working with Eric and his crew. Eric listened to what we wanted and gave us his expert advise on plants. Everything we and he did looks beautiful. Couldn't be happier with trusting our landscape to Greenway Landscape Supply.

I was on leave and visiting my parents for Christmas. Not only were the prices very reasonable but the manager offered free delivery for me being in the military. To top it off they knew it was a Christmas present so they tied a big red bow on the palm trees when they delivered them. It may seem insignificant, but it meant a lot that they would go out of their way to do that. Everyone I talked to was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful.

Ordered a 7 gallon hibiscus two weeks ago. Was told it would arrive on Wednesday or Friday. Called the following Tuesday and was told the same thing. Went in today they told me they couldn't find the order. The guy at the counter went into a box with hundreds of pieces of paper with numerous orders and said he couldn't find it. No offer to reorder or expedite.
Business is a paper disaster behind the scenes if you have to order go elsewhere.

Friendly upon entering and asked often if I needed help. Then when I needed help the staff was unfamiliar with trees on the property laid out for purchase. After three employees and a call to someone important I still had no price on this tree and I wasn’t given an option to purchase it… Then I asked about a price reduction on a tree fern that was more than halfway dead but there was no reduction in cost. No big deal but some cost cut on a less than impressive plant might go a long way for word-of-mouth advertising. I often find reduced cost plants at Driftwood and Lowes and I do tell everyonnneeee. Prices are always inflated at Greenway. I probably won’t go here again because of the other options in town.

Had a great experience with them. Jordan was timely on my quote and follow up on the execution of the job. They showed up on time and completed the work. Their lead installer, Francisco had a couple suggestions that I implemented. This work will look good for years to come.

I did a project about 5 years ago with a different company that turned out not so magical.

I had the greatest experience at Greenway today! I love how friendly the gentleman was who greeted me. I explained that I was an artist looking for beautiful photos to paint from and without hesitation, this kind man showed me around with absolute enthusiasm! I explained that I was looking for white Magnolias and he helped me search for the perfect bloom!! I have to say their selection is amazing and his friendly warm way will bring me back over and over! I have an entire yard to redo this fall, I will absolutely be back! Thank you!!!

We were told about this great place by family and they were spot on. Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Told the young lady what I was looking for and she was quick to give and show options. As well as tips on what the plant needed as far as care. I would highly recommend this place (15/10). Amazing variety and selections. If your looking for some new plants or trees, this is the place to go!

No house plants even after called to comfirm.

We had a very good experience visiting this landscape supply store in Estero, FL. Good selection of trees, shrubs and plants. Some nice mature items available too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We met and spoke with Eric (the store manager) and he took good care of us. We spent a reasonable sum of money here and the trees and shrubs were delivered the next day on time, just as agreed. I would recommend this company to others and its well worth the visit.

I'm very disappointed in how Greenway stands behind their products and warranty. I worked with Kelly Spielmaker and I've dealt with Kelly for many years on various projects at my home. However, this last experience was an eye opener.

When Greenway says they will warranty their products, make sure you have in writing what that means. I just had GW complete a big project at my home and with that project we purchased 2 Royal Palms. Both Palms struggled to adapt and pretty much lost all of their branches. The trees were beautiful when installed, but within 2 weeks most of the branches died and turned brown. All expect for the green spike in the middle, which Kelly says the tree is still alive and is not warrantable. However, it will take years for the tree to recover. I've asked Greenway and Kelly to replace these trees and they continue to push back. Now they're ignoring me. Terrible service and support and this is coming from a long-time customer. I won't do business with them in the future.

Was trying to get truckloads of sand to prep for the upcoming hurricane and the owner shawn was extremely helpful and even pulled strings to make it work in the timeframe i needed. He also comped me the delivery fee when he found out that I was giving it all away to people in need for storm prep. Awesome service, highly recommend

We had an amazing experience with Greenway. Our salesperson, Jordan was professional, quick to respond and had great ideas to make our yard beautiful. His landscape crew including Diango and team did a wonderful job, worked steady and quickly and were a pleasure to do business with. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and quality landscaping job.

I cannot believe how easy and fast service with this wonderful group of people could be. Purchased a Palm, asked them to include planting for me. Due to evening storms time had to be changed twice, Eric called me back , worked with me till all the stars aligned. Even better were the 3 guys who came and planted this tree. Friendly, easy to talk to, they understood what I needed them to do and they did that. Watching Kevin’s young men water, work in the new dirt so they could compact it around so that the tree stood solid , after watering the base of the trunk, I saw the dirt firm up and hold the tree sturdy as it should be . Job Complete !!! They will be my to go to for all shrubs, trees and planting.

Do not use this nursery. They made promises to my parents that are elderly and then ripped them off. There are many nursery’s in the area and highly recommended you use them! DO NOT use Greenway Landscape.

Amazing staff here , quality landscape supplies. Employee Victor is so kind he gave me his personal phone number so that if the office staff were busy I can get a hold of him. These people are like family to me. Good ol' boys and gals.

Great selection and quality of plants & trees with good prices to boot. Eric as well as the rest of the staff aways very helpful & knowledgeable. We make a point to support this local owned biz by driving past the big box stores to make Greenway (Estero) our first & usually final stop.

We have been looking everywhere to find sod for a small job that didn’t require a full pallet. All places we called required a full pallet or to pay for their delivery and install. We stopped at Greenway just to take a look and Shawn was very quick to help us. We were in and out in a matter of minutes without a huge chunk taken out of our account. Shawn was very professional and friendly and made us feel welcome. Great service and great prices. Thank you Shawn and Greenway!!
