First, Installed a lesser unit than I paid for. When I ask the installer what the model number he said he did not now. After the install that same installer gave me the model number. It was the wrong unit. I called Jeff explained the situation and he didn't know how i got the wrong system. Took 2 week for them to come back out to install correct unit. After the unit was installed it stopped working a few days later. I called jeff and he sent tech out to check unit. I watch Tech pull a thick film/greasy gunk out of the condensation pump reservoir. To make a long story short my ac was low on refrigerant and another a/c company said possible leak. jeff refused to honor warranty. The heater also doesn't work. Do yourself a favor please don't use these JEFF/Lee Air. You will be sorry. I did not listen to bad review and listen to JEFF and look where i am . No Warranty and have to fix this thin on my own. Please consider others. you will regret. I hope this helps someone. Oil was found in condensation water.

I hired a contractor to fix issues that Lee air abandoned me with. Come to find out the heater was never connected. And Lee air tech who installed unit also did not intall contactor to wall instead zip tied it after he apparently installed a broken contactor and just left it dangling inside the air handler leaving a fire hazzard. this was the final slap in the face that i had to indure paying the new Contractor 600 dollars to fix all the issue that Lee air refused to stand behind. I also had to spend money to fill unit with refrigerant. You been warned.
