Lots to choose from. We recently purchased plant pots and felt the prices were very good. Service is good.

The lady at the front desk at customer service. Is always rude to me gives people a dirty look feel unwelcome. She did not want to refund me. My $27. So I'm never coming to this store again.

Lady in Garden always has attitude like she owns it. Went in bought hibiscus and it rang up wrong. Was argumentative. I took staff to multiple signs. Then I had to go 200 feet to customer service to get the difference back. Next day I need 2 more land seems like she relished in removing signs Wound up paying more. Not the first issue with this employee

Disneyland for plant and koi lovers! We are always happy when the demands of our business allow us to visit. THE place to go for that something special for our clients. Four star because of the price. However, there is always a friendly, knowledgeable associate right there to answer any questions. I have no problem paying a little extra for great customer service.

I came in asking about a phosphate product that took three people to finally say they didn’t have. The guy that finally showed up, who I assume was the manager, said “welcome to Florida” quite sarcastically for my need to increase the phosphorus in my soil. Then when I asked for a product that would lower the PH of my soil, he recommended a lime based product. After looking at the package it said that it was used to INCREASE the PH not lower it. When I let him know that, he picked up the package and looked at it perplexedly and then walked away. They do have some nice products but be very careful of their advice.

First time shopper. Wide selection of product, good prices. Gave a 4 because it was my first time there. Will be shopping there more and hopefully will move up to a 5 star review

Awesome place with beautiful plants , flowers and succulents .
We bought tomatoes, green peppers , basil, lemon verbena, along with sun patients and my favorite portuluca.
They were beautiful and strong.
Tina is a gem so sweet and helpful. Scott is very knowledgeable and helped us with our decisions. Great prices too .

Love to come here and buy plants for my garden or just browse. I think their prices are pretty competitive for the quality and selection. There is a good range of high, mid, and low priced pots in particular. Great seed selection as well, so that's always a great option for gardeners on a budget. I have their free rewards card, so I accrue points toward my purchases pretty quickly, so recommend that if you buy plants and garden supplies regularly. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Wonderful place to shop or just walk around and look at all the beautiful plants, sculptures, bird baths, outdoor decor, pots, etc. The staff are wonderful and so friendly and helpful. Danielle and Karrie are just two of the many wonderful staff eager to help. They seem to always have milkweed in stock, they have butterfly friendly plants, more exotic type tropical plants and plant food, fertilizers, fungicides, anything outdoor for your garden you can find here. During season it's a busy store.

The staff is pleasant and helpful, and the selection cannot be matched anywhere in the area. The ambience in the shop is so pleasant, and it seems that the fertilizers and other garden needs are always in stock. An enjoyable destination for those who love to garden!

Has a lot of unique plants and a wide variety. Prices are very good. I have compared to Home Depot and Lowes and Driftwood is actually a little less with much better quality and care so plants are healthier. Easy to get in and out. Rewards program.

The thing I like most about this nursery is not only the healthy plants and beautiful selection. The employees are so nice and cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable of the items. I enjoy shopping here and it’s always a pleasure to shop for my nursery needs and have some educational assistance being I am from NY. I have gotten so much helpful info regarding Florida planting from this place.

I had been to another store a few miles away in Bonita that sold plant pottery and the interaction was less than optimal. The folks at Driftwood are extremly helpful and very proffesional. And the prices are better!

I was in the area visiting some family and I stopped In with some questions and wanted to look around. I was directed to go back to the nursery and while I was in that section of the store, there was an older blonde woman being very rude and I’m pretty sure I heard the older lady curse at her coworker (younger girl with a lot of tattoos and black hair).The interaction was very upsetting and it was hard not to say something, other than that the store was very nice and had a beautiful selection but it was extremely disappointing to hear and see such behavior.

This place is amazing, besides beautiful pots amazing flowers cute little trinkets, this place ROCKS in the BEST customer SERVICE!!! We were greeted with a good morning as we approached the front door the young lady offered us a cart.. She was a breath of fresh air.

As we walked thru the flower garden we were greeted by many employees, hello did we need help. My friend was purchasing many items to start her vegetable garden. Asking employee questions they ALL were KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! Love this place it’s a must go to. You will be glad you did. They also have amazing fountains… The best part besides the prices is the enthusiastic knowledgeable employees!!!
GREAT job Driftwood!!! A shout out to the amazing young cashier who handled our plants with care and put everything in a cardboard box. I can’t compliment this place enough. I’m a forever customer.

Always a great selection of plants and trees. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Judy! Price is reasonable, more on the pricey side but the quality is great. I’ve been able to haggle cost with some less-than-thriving plants (which I love having the option to do!). This place and Lowes are my go-to plant shopping locations!
