Reviews of local pros in Estero, Florida

Nick Smith and his team are true professionals. Nick explained the scope of the work and his guys checked with me every step of the way. This is a company that understands customer service!!
My lanais and showers look like new.

Our shower restoration went off without any problems and looks great. The tech, Hunter, was on time and finished within their scheduled time period. We were amazed at how great the shower looked when it was finished. Hunter left us with a shower that looks better than we thought possible. Thanks Groutsmith.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient! These guys know their jobs and are pros! Shout out to Hunter for spending the necessary time in the shower and making it like new! All the workers did a fantastic job and the tile looks amazing!
Great company and great leadership Nick!

The Groutsmith is a top notch company and I would give them 10 stars if I could. From Nick’s first visit to create a quote (and second visit so I could reconsider my color choices), to Hunter’s first visit to clean and color seal the guest shower, and then the visit from the whole team to do the master shower and all the floors, everyone was so personable and went about their business quickly and confidently! I am 100% satisfied with their work and with their attention to detail! Great company!!

I was very pleased with the restoration of my three bathrooms. I also Recommend you to one of my friends and they were very happy with their bathroom too. It’s been now seven months and my bathrooms still look great. I hope they will still looking good for the next 4 years .

Can’t begin to describe the transformation of my floor! Absolutely incredible. My entire floor (not just grout lines) looks brand new. The crew was friendly, professional, and extremely hardworking. 10 out of 10 highly recommend The Groutsmith to anyone looking for an incredible transformation.

Excellent craftsmanship on renewing the tiles in my shower. I wish I had a before picture. Hunter was a fine professional.

Very professional. They are very organized. The workers have great attitudes and know what they’re doing. They clearly explained what we need to do to do to maintain the tiles and grout.

Great job by the Groutsmith team. Cleaned all the tile and MB shower on 7 year old home. Looks brand new new. Very satisfied!!

Excellent cleaning of grout and tile . 2 workers communicated so well, were knowledgeable and industrious . 23 year old tile looks brand new.! They left me cleaning materials with instructions.

Excellent company. From the estimate to the finished job everything was simple and promptly done. No hassles. Hunter was extremely polite and worked hard to make the shower look new again. Reasonable pricing too.

We had a shower that needed new grout and sealed. Hunter came and did an outstanding job! He was super polite and very accommodating! I normally don't leave reviews but The Groutsmith deserves 5 stars! Incredible quality at a reasonable price!

My parents are moving into a new home and the master bathroom needed a serious facelift. Hunter did a fantastic job cleaning, sealing, recaulking and restoring grout color. It looks brand new! I am very happy. This is the third time The Groutsmith has done work for us and they are excellent!

Absolutely love this company. They are always super responsive to my texts, and show up promptly. The work is superb and always looks so much better when they are done. They have done the tiles throughout my house, but most recently they did my tile floor in my shower. The grout was cracked and the floor never looked clean. I feel like Im in a new shower!

I don't think that I had the light on when I took the photo of the floor prior to the cleaning, but you still "get the picture", dark and dirty grout that was transformed. Nick, Louis and Ryan were all a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

Nick and his crew did an amazing job staining and sealing the grout throughout our new house. Pictures show a side by side before and after, and then a close up Would highly recommend!

Very good job, tile and grout professionally cleaned to a brilliant brand new finish and appearance. GroutSmith Team members were well trained, polite, moved quickly and did a great job at a fair price. High recommendation.

Great experience with Nick the salesperson and the crew that showed up on time, worked hard, and completed job within the timeframe they told me it would take. They educated me on how to take care of the tile in the future and left me with cleaning product. Do not hesitate to use this company. 10 Year warranty is a great feature as well.

I could not be more pleased with the results from the job done to my floors they look awesome. Kevin and Ryan were courteous and very helpful in moving heavy things and explaining the procedures to follow in keeping the floors now as the grout has been stained for the colors I have chosen to blend in with the tile. They work together, are efficient and did it in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this procedure other than the standard steam cleaning.

Ryan and Kevin were excellent. They did a thorough job showing respect, professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process. They certainly knew what they were doing. Our senior dog had an accident this morning and it wiped right up, no ugly grout stains. Looks beautiful and just in time for new owners. Got an offer on the house the following day. Guess it was good luck. Now I want to stay. The house is 40 years old, and the tile is over 25 years old, and it looks like it's brand new! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend The Groutsmith to restore your tile grout. They were so very professional from beginning to end. The owner came to give an estimate and scheduled the service date within a week. The service techs called to say they would be able to begin the service about an hour and half ahead of the scheduled time if we were available. The service techs were very courteous and very professional. My tiled floor looks brand new. They also provided me with after care instructions as well as a bottle of the PH Neutral cleaner and a bottle of the grout seal in case a touch up is needed. While they were not cheap, it certainly was worth the price.
