Their crew accidently cut through our brand new $125 garden hose. They immediately offered to replace it with the same one. Great job on our lawn service and good integrity as well. Definitely recommend them!

I had a great experience with Sturgis and Sturgis. They handled a structural modification on my rear lanai, removing a post and replacing it with an overhead structural beam, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

David personally came out to meet with me, which I really appreciated. He was professional, punctual, and very straightforward about the scope of work. Everything he said he was going to do, he did, no surprises, no delays.

The finished product turned out excellent and really opened up the space exactly how we envisioned. It’s not always easy to find contractors who follow through on their word, but Sturges and Sturges absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing structural or construction work done right the first time.

Had them remove sunporch, and add screen porch. They did a great job and were timely with the project.

A friend of my family referred me to this company. When I called, I was told the estimate would cost $350.00 and I would have the estimate in 30days. Against my better judgement I agreed. Needless to say I did not receive the appraisal in a timely fashion. After several weeks, the one page Word document was typed in haste-filled with typos. More importantly, I did not receive a call from anyone to discuss the estimate. The estimate experience was very unprofessional. Can’t imagine what the construction process would be like.

Purchased an older home and went to Sturges because of a referral. They were very professional and listened. We had planned ahead so they could get us on their schedule. I would recommend them and both David and the foreman Paul will do a great job. The office person. Kala. was wonderful to work with.

Without a doubt, the most conscientious company we've ever worked with! David and his team have a work ethic that is truly beyond measure. Eric installed a beautiful screened porch in 2 1/2 days! He never slowed down until the job was done. Paul managed the project and stayed in close communication with us to be sure that we were satisfied. The crew at CSI are amazing and very professional. We had an issue with structural cracks all through our slab and the builder kept putting us off. We had CSI come out and asses the issue. Within one week we had a full report on the issue, submitted it to the builder and within one more week the builder made a plan to completely replace the issues at hand. Great job CSI and thank you again!

CSI did our building envelope evaluation two years ago and identified widespread sealant failures and flashing deficiencies. They helped us scope the repairs and reviewed the contractor bids so we were not overpaying. Now they are overseeing the remediation work and reviewing every pay application before we release a dollar. It is like having an engineer in your corner who actually cares whether the work gets done right. Our project manager is on top of everything.

We have been working with CSI for many years. Their attention to detail and job oversight has helped our projects run smoothly. Whenever we have a question about condominium waterproofing, concrete repairs, stucco and EIFS repairs, we always start with CSI’s recommendations. The whole team at CSI has been a pleasure to work. Outstanding service! He was willing to come to my house early Sunday morning (8am). Fixed, quickly! He was not what I was expecting, younger appliance repair people are rare these days, but he came highly recommended and he didn't disappoint.
I hope I don't need his services again, but if I do, he will be my first call!

Larry was a pleasure to work with. He was very flexible, communicative, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. He did a great job, and I would highly recommend him.

We called Mr. Larry Clements of LC Appliances about our microwave that was acting wonky. He responded to our text and explained he thought he could help us, but it would be a couple of days before he could get to us. That was fine….this afternoon he texted before coming out. Once he got here, he diagnosed the problem (a bad connector in the control box) and fixed it in about 30 minutes. And, oh yes, we felt like it was a reasonable charge for the service call. We will definitely be calling him again!!!

LC appliance saved us from buying a whole new dryer after another company suggested it. Larry came to look at it, told us he could fix it and then got our dryer up and running in no time. We recently had another issue with our dryer just a few months later but Larry came to save the day ASAP! 10/10 would recommend this local company.

5 stars all the way. Larry’s company is here in Nassau county. He quickly solved mom’s fridge issue and then swung by and got my old garage fridge up and running. All on the same morning I called. Now that is service!

Larry Clements is the owner of LC Appliances. He provided prompt and efficient service repairing our wash machine. On top of that, Larry is respectful and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend LC Appliances.

Larry was fast, but very methodical in his troubleshooting of our Whirlpool refrigerator. He repaired it in about forty minutes, while keeping me apprised of each test. We will use him again next time we need any appliance repairs.

Larry is one in a million! He called me back immediately, was so easy to communicate with. He showed up a few hours later (exactly when he said he'd be here), was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. His rate was very reasonable & my dryer was up & running within minutes!
