He explained everything he was doing and how it all works, which we really appreciated, and had truly diagnosed the problem before even seeing the fridge based on our complaint. Had a great experience with Larry. He helped us fix our washer from bouncing and fixed our dishwasher which stopped cleaning. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with over the phone as we were in need of help for our rental house.

After a couple of texts with photos, Larry was pretty sure our icemaker had stripped gears. He had a new one in stock and installed it the next day.

No one ever wants to have their dryer breakdown over the weekend after an extended holiday, when there are loads of laundry that need to get done before going back to work and the kids going back to school, but it just happened to us last weekend.

Our washer and dryer are over 10 years old, so I was ready to drop $2,000 to buy new ones until my wife said why don’t we just try to repair the dryer because it would be much cheaper.

So, luckily I found LC Appliances and Larry. I called on Sunday after our dryer quit working and left a message. Then, early Monday morning, Larry texted me regarding my dryer, and after some coordination with my wife, he arrived at our home and completed our dryer repair in record time for an extremely reasonable price. So, by 11 AM on Monday, our dryer was back in action.

Without a doubt, this was the best experience I have had with an appliance repair company in my entire life, and I would highly recommend Larry and LC Appliances to anyone that needs an appliance repair.

My dryer stopped heating and I requested names of appliance repair people that our neighborhood has used and would recommend. Larry at LC Appliance was repeated several times. I texted him and he responded immediately and after a quick phone call diagnostic he told me he would come to my house and fix the problem.
With in 2 hours he was on his way. He came in and got started. He worked quickly and identified that my heating element had worn out. He showed us the old part and the quality of his new part. Because he had the part on hand he replaced it in a matter of about 20 minutes. His Service fee was fair and did not up charge the parts. He was professional and friendly. I will be using him again in the future for all my appliance repairs.

Larry is awesome! I messaged him about my fridge issue and he was prompt to respond and was able to do a service repair the same day. He diagnosed our fridge issue right away. Thank goodness we didn’t need to replace our fridge and he was able to fix it. He’s very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

Larry did not come through for me. Replaced a control panel on a 4-year old KitchenAid range because the cancel key didn’t work. Still didn’t work after he left. Told me the part was under warranty but of stock. I followed up with him a few times and although he said the part would be back in stock soon I never heard from him again. A year later I called another appliance repair company. The problem wasn’t the control panel, it was another, much less expensive part. They fixed it in one visit.

Larry is not only an amazing human, he listens to what you are looking for to accomplish your goal whether budget friendly or advice to solve your situation. He is a wealth of knowledge, efficient, & I recommend him highly! Thank you Larry for your assistance.
