Reviews of local pros in Fleming Island, Florida

Joseph was amazing! He was super polite and assisted me with choosing which services were best for my carpet. This is my 4th time using Zerorez. Every technician exhibits top notch customer service. My carpet is over 15 years old and they always bring it back to life. No other carpet cleaning company compares to their level of quality and service. I have never had a bad experience.

First time using zerorez and will be using this company again. Kendall was very professional and explained everything upon doing. My carpets look absolutely amazing. I couldn’t believe that it was a line of dirt compared to the clean. The results are wow. Highly recommend this company and looking to do future business with them.

Vents got filthy after having a few sections of concrete slab dug up from inside my home during sewage pipe relining. Zerorez quoted best price and were efficient, organized, competent, pleasant. Highly recommend for HVAC air duct cleaning. Before and after pics below.

Professional, friendly, courteous, and super thorough. A great experience all the way around! I was running late because of work and they were patient and kind when waiting a few extra minutes. Made immediate friends with our pets. Showed me the areas of concern and what to look out for with the AC unit and ducts system and explained everything so that I could understand. Left my house cleaner than they found it, and not just the air ducts! 😂 Got the UV light added to our system for much much much less than we were quoted elsewhere. Thoroughly impressed and a great value, for sure. We will definitely be using them again for any other cleaning needs moving forward. Highly recommend!

If I could give more stars I would! Antonio did such a great job cleaning my carpets and staircase! He even had time to come a bit earlier than scheduled which was great for me. Highly highly recommend Antonio. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Friendly service and competitive prices at Zerorez. Thank you so much.

We have white title throughout our home and it was in need of a good cleaning. What we received through Zerorez went far beyond our expectations. I have fallen in love with my floors!! Antonio was able to get out stains that were left by the original home contractor. We are so pleased and will gladly recommend and use Zerorez in the future!

Zerorez tech Harrison contacted me via text he could actually arrive early if that was agreeable. He was precise as to job parameters, friendly & professional. As all Zerorez techs, also very considerate of our home & furnishings. Very happy with our cleaning & highly recommend Harrison & this company.

Colton was amazing!!!! Our carpet looks brand new. He did a great job of cleaning our carpet. Removed stains from our Kitties and the carpet smells so good, too. We are very happy. we will definitely use them for all our carpet cleaning.Thank you very much, Colton.

Booked this just a few days in advance and it was excellent. They were here in the early part of their given time frame and out of here before the end of it.

Carpet looks like it did years ago and smells much better as well. Customer service was excellent and very polite. Will definitely be using again in a few months to clean again!

Thank you!

I have to say great service! Had to reschedule, and they were more than helpful. Day of service comes the tech gives me a shout right on time, with a great eta. Gets here, goes over everything very clearly and then did just a great job and was really nice and friendly throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

ZEROREZ did a superb job cleaning our tile floors. We have terrazzo tiles that had been in our model home for the last 10yrs. Harrison, our serviceman took the time to remove the ground in dirt and both the tile and grout look like new. We highly recommend this service.

Alex did a wonderful jib on out carpets. There is no stale smell of water and dirt. The spots were removed from the carpet, making it look almost brand new. Now guess which room has the 20 year carpet on the floor? Thank you Alex and ZeroRez. Cleaned my carpet, air duct, and dryer vent. On time, reasonably priced, and very professional.

I had Gab as a technician and he was very professional and personable. He went through each room and he explained in detail about the cleaning process. I have been in my house for a number of years and he was able to bring my carpeted area back to looking great.

I hate to leave a review like this based on the actions of one person but this needs to be heard.

Today around 4:30pm I was driving down 3rd street In Jax beach when I witnessed one of your vans driving erratically. He was weaving in and out of cars, cutting people off with no blinker, and nearly caused many accidents. He had no regard for those around him, or the safety of others. For context on how bad it was, I’ve never written a business a review because of how someone was driving.

I myself am pregnant and he came next to me and merged if i had not been watching him closely he would have ran me off the road into the sidewalk merging trying to pass other cars. Luckily i slammed my brakes and he barely missed me.

I then called your corporate office and was told I was going to be transferred to a manager who then said they would transfer me to the person in charge of the Jacksonville region. I waited on hold for 15+ minutes before I had to hang up and tend to my life. I was maybe expecting a callback or something, but that time has come and gone. So now I’m writing this review because something needs to be done with this employee before he get someone hurt or worse.

Really excellent service!!!! The tech Logan worked really hard and was able to include additional services, which he stayed longer just to add for me. Really appreciated him. I had my bedroom carpet, couch and the grout and tile cleaned and

Alex S. Did a great job on my so far & loveseat. He was professional and explained the whole process out beforehand. He showed up on time. Appreciate this company and the fact that I don’t have to worry about any chemicals with my kids.

Fleming Island House Cleaning was excellent in servicing my needs. My house was smelling clean and fresh after they were done. I definitely recommend them.
