Valeria and Manuel did an amazing job cleaning my apartment this morning! They arrived right on time, worked quickly and efficiently, and left the place absolutely spotless. Every corner was cleaned to perfection, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, and professional cleaners. Great team!

Amazing service. I have a dog and deal with pet hair a lot. That was what I wanted cleaned more than anything. I cannot clean better than these people. They are amazing and made my place feel brand new.

Unfortunately, my experience with this cleaning company was disappointing from start to finish. I hired them for a move-in clean, which unfortunately required two separate visits to complete.

The first team, which included a cleaner named Demaris, spent 3.5 hours in my home and still did not thoroughly clean the space. It was immediately evident that the job was rushed and incomplete. The kitchen wasn't touched at all, which is one of the most important areas in a move-in clean. On top of that, the same team took an item from the premises. While it wasn't a high-value item, the home was completely empty-there was nothing else there-and it simply should not have happened under any circumstances.

The second cleaner who came out did a much better job, and I appreciated the effort to fix the situation.

However, the overall experience still fell far below expectations, especially considering the time, inconvenience, and stress caused.

Customer service was also lacking. Jenna, the appoirtment scheduler and the main point of contact, was not professional or customer-friendly. During a conversation about the payment amount, she used a condescending phrase: "Well if you didn't understand what labor hour entailed and saw it multiple times, you didn't think to ask what it meant?"

This is unacceptable. It should never be the customer's responsibility to guess or ask for every detail. It is the business's responsibility to clearly explain charges, what they cover, and how pricing works.

Although a small discount was provided, it does not reflect the extent of the inconvenience, the poor execution of the first cleaning, or the lack of apologies or accountability from anyone at this company. For a small business that makes mistakes by their own fault, it is almost always expected to provided compensation for the inconvenience. This does not include providing re-services for something that should have been done correctly to begin with.

Between the unsatisfactory cleaning, the missing item, and the customer service issues, I would never recommend this business.

I called Sparkling Homes for a move out cleaning, they got me in the schedule within two days. They were wonderful, professional staff, very efficient team. Would definitely call them again, my home was sparkling. Thank you!

So impressed with Sparkling Homes! We booked a deep clean after the holidays as a fresh start to the year. The entire process, from start to finish, was so easy!! I got a quote within an hour or so of reaching out. Two days later they were at our house! They did exceptional work, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

Have Landscape Remedies our Lawn maintenance on a regular basis. After the severe frost that we had I hired Landscape Remedies to do a cleanup. I have a large natural area area. They did a fantastic job, both Cory and Nick worked very hard for two days in cleaning out all the dead elephant ear philodendron, and other natural foliage that was destroyed by the frost we had. Very pleased not only with the work but also the reasonable price I was charged.

We have used Landscape Remedies for years and have been more than pleased. Monday night’s storm blew down an enormous limb and tons of debris. We cut our vacation short to return for clean up only to find they were here to mow and had totally removed all debris to the road for pick-up. That’s not part of our agreement - they just saw it needed to be done and got office clearance to spend the extra time in our yard. I called and offered to pay for this extra service and was politely told NO. Yet another example of service above and beyond the call of duty!

Loved what they did to my yard. They listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. My yard has never looked so good!

I called yesterday and they showed up today to fix my irrigation system after Clay County failed it during inspection. Awesome people to work with! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Wanda was great to work with and thought of things we never would have come up with that greatly improved our flower bed.

Just watched the driver in a company vehicle throw his litter out of the window before driving away from the job site. (2200 Marsh Hawk Ln.) Nice 😑

Each employee was professional and focused on the great work that they did. I’m going to hire them again for another project. Wanda was outstanding of keeping me posted on the progress every step of the way. Great job😀👍!

Hard working employees and owner. I'm having trouble getting a response, but hopefully, my yard issues with tracks from the heavy equipment they used will be resolved soon.
Update: Our front yard still looks terrible, and our issues have not been resolved. We are very unhappy customers.

I love having Wanda and her team work on our yard. They have been nice and easy to talk to.
I really like how they go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the service.

Quite possibly the most unprofessional organization I have had the displeasure of working with. We entered into a contract to $5k worth of renovations to our backyard and were guaranteed a completion by a certain date. The company representative would never answer her phone, and if she returned the message at all, it was many days later. She refused to provide a specific schedule of when work would be done, isnteaf giving ranges of dates; which would be ok, except they wouldn't show up those days either. In total, they showed up one time (and the work that was done that day was extremely good, I'll give them that) but then they disappeared again. We received a text message saying they could come the next day, that day is today (a week past the date we were promised everything would be done.) Instead of showing up, they text us and say they cannot fulfill our contract.

Edited to add: Since the owner of this company cares to question my integrity. Yes, we were informed the pavers would be delayed and told work would be accomplished gradually. The problem is, the work was not accomplished gradually. As mentioned, they showed up once and did nice work. I find it laughable to say that our schedule was difficult for them to work around when they are the ones who wouldn't show up on the scheduled days and wouldn't return calls or messages to schedule more days. Yes, they got a strongly worded message saying if they couldn't show up on the days they scheduled we would have to go elsewhere, and instead of showing up on the scheduled day they chose to cancel the contract. And we still have not been issued a partial refund. However, instead of accepting the fact that they undertook a job they couldn't complete and got a bad review as part of it, which happens in business, they chose to publicly call their customer a liar. All future customers take note of this, if you're not happy with their service, they'll blame you.

Before I get the response there are no records in my name, no there is no record. Iam a owner in the 272 unit community this company worked for, or should I say mostly don't. When our hoa decided to terminate the contract in February because of the poor quality of the work, we got begged not to terminate the contract. Long story short in July the same company demands more money, totally forgot we paid the full amount during the time they struggled to even fulfill minimum requirements of the scope of work. And as a thank you, for not terminate the contract, landscape remedies just ended their work before the legal terms of the contract ended. This is an example of how not to do buisness. If you look for a company that values their customers, you better keep looking.

I came to visit my brother and was able to see for myself the poor state his property was left in after using Landscape Remedies. I highly do not recommend using Landscape Remedies unless the look your wanting is a dead, desolate yard! This company seems to be a scam!
