I have been working with Tim and OTTO Construction for 2 years now, on 3 different properties. I've spent over $30k on miscellaneous repairs & upgrades over that time, including things like building out a home gym, upgrading my lighting with smart switches/LED's, repairing exterior gates, installing smart locks, hardwood floor repairs/refinishing, bathroom remodeling, RO systems (2), installing custom cabinetry & shelving, installing exterior fans & lighting, new irrigation system, installing TV's and wiring, replacing toilets, shower valves & trim, faucets, asphalt resurfacing, junk removal, building pool & patio furniture, garage door repair, and so much more. Their professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched. They don't need to be micromanaged. They protect the areas they work in and never damage anything or leave any mess behind (you can't even tell they were there, besides things looking nice & new after). They are always on time. Super friendly & trustworthy. I'm so lucky I found them and will always use and recommend them for ANY home repair or renovation projects of any size or specialty.

Tim is the man! He scheduled the day I requested, came out within three days and communicated consistently in the interim to ensure he showed up on time. He and his counterpart was cautious, careful, considerate and kind. They worked around my dogs and got everything done in a very respectable amount of time. I can’t say enough good things about Tim from Otto Construction. He did an excellent job replacing my bathroom vanity and was super friendly throughout the entire process. He explained what he was doing as he went along, which I really appreciated.

Tim also went above and beyond by taking care of a few additional things around the house without hesitation. He’s extremely knowledgeable, very handy, and clearly takes pride in his work. I even had him build a dresser that looked like it required a rocket scientist to assemble and he handled it with no problem at all.

Most importantly, his pricing was more than fair. I’m already looking forward to remodeling my master bathroom just so I can use his services again. Highly recommend Tim and Otto Construction.

They faced a challenging task: in just two weeks, they had to fully prepare a small boutique — build walls, install electrical wiring and lighting, and lay the parquet flooring. The timeline was very tight, but the result exceeded all my expectations.
I was especially concerned about the lighting: it had to be installed perfectly, without gaps or interruptions, provide warm light, and at the same time fully comply with all standards. I was also worried about the parquet flooring, as strict adherence to all norms and standards was required. And, in my opinion, it turned out perfectly.

The team knows how to read plans and projects, understands the specifics of their work, and works cohesively. For me, three main criteria were crucial:
