They not only had the best price but they also were super professional and kept us informed for the whole process which was nice to not have to call and question what was going on with my parents project. Shai and his team did a great job, covered all the furniture and cleaned up after themselves every day. Only major concern I had was when my dog got into the concrete by the door. when I told this to them, they came back promptly and fixed the problem. This company raised the bar and set the standard. The rep I worked with was always available to answer my questions. Even multiple occasions afterhours answering questions via text. The office staff was very friendly and always communicated timelines and expectations. The install crew was amazing. Very friendly and very mindful of our property and furniture. They covered everything in plastic and was constantly sweeping and vacuuming trying to make the least amount of mess as possible. The team always showed up and delivered on time when they said they would. Start to finish. The quote was fast, the measuring team was fast and the install team was fast. And in all phases showed up when they said they would. There really is no reason you should read my review and even consider another company for hurricane impact windows.
