Max AC is a scammer ac company who now won’t even answer my calls. Do not use!!! They sub contract their work without consent. I used this company because of the 5 star reviews which are now obviously fake. After someone came to fix our ac on a Sunday they charged us 1500 for a new fan and capacitor. Our ac broke 4days later. I called them and they said I had the wrong number and they don’t know the technician. I only called one AC company and I have proof on my call logs that I called them only. The tech called me from his cellphone 5 mins later. We are out $1500 dollars. 3 different certified technicians have been giving us estimates on our ac and pointed out that there’s an obvious oil leak the technician either knew about or isn’t qualified to know any better. SCAM COMPANY!!! Horrible customer service. Still waiting for a supervisor to call me back but now after trying to call them today it is obvious they are rejecting/ignoring my calls. If they were a legitimate company they would at least call back or answer the phone.
