Dekel and his team at H18 Construction delivered a complex [full home remodel + addition] for us. We are very happy with the outcome. But more so want to recommend Level Up for the process as well.

The fact that it was both a remodel and addition made the permitting more complex, and they were very competent at making it happen.

They guaranteed a price which provided peace of mind for us as customers even in a time when it was really hard to do so (COVID raw material price swings)

Were open to many rounds of consultation and feedback. Sometimes they signed up for things that would be harder from a construction standpoint because it would make the end product better

Their experience showed when they had to handle multiple schedule risks outside of their control

The quality of work was great and they were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things were done correctly.

I had CBT builders working in my condo last month. They did an amazing job, very clean, courteous and efficient . Godsend!

CBT Builders did a full interior and exterior renovation on my new home. I could not be happier with the outcome. Rich is extremely knowledgeable and was excellent with communication. I would refer them to anybody.

The worst in the business. Do not use them for anything. They destroyed my wood floors. A bathroom took months because of Chase’s incompetence and they refused to repair. They do not deserve to be in business and needs to have their personal and professional licenses revoked. Total fraud.

Loved working with CBT They had a quick response and got the job done within a couple of days. They communicated all the steps of what needed be done to repair the wall. I highly recommend to friends and family.

Chase worked in many of our properties and we were very happy with his professionalism, punctuality, quality and value. His crew was excellent. Great finishes and they left my places clean (something I had struggled before with other companies). I definitely recommend this company.

These are careless and incompetent people that will ruin whatever they touch & then try to escape their responsibility to make it right. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING!!! You Will end up taking them to court to be reimbursed just like I'm in the process of doing. Save Yourself a Headache and find a BETTER Company to do business with!

I highly recommend SAS! Steve and his army have always fulfilled my various needs from commercial bathrooms to exterior doors and just plain old recommendations. I have not found anything that they can not handle! I will add some pics tomorrow of his work as he just started another commercial bathroom project for us.
