I called for a pricing on a electrical service agreement and the lady refused to give me a price just because my phone number was out of state. I guess people can't have out of state numbers? People move and have out of state numbers all the time! She didn't even give me time to explain, but honestly I should of not had too! I do not recommend this company to anyone! Very poor customer service!

Am in the process of redoing my kitchen needed some emergency electrical assistance which I got from Perfect Electric. I then followed up with them with a real home visit and Gil was just as great as Bob was on the phone -- so professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks again you guys!

The service provided by this company was excellent. They were everything I could have wanted them to be. They were pleasant, consider it, knowledgeable, and quick. They were able to fix everything on my list in a very short period of time. I will definitely be saving their number

I was pleased with the technicians' skills and the work preformed. They surveyed the project and quoted a price. After the work was done, Bob, the owner, advised that the price had increased due to additional permit fees, which were previously paid for. When questioned he said that it really was not permit fees but additional charges. He then went on a verbal screaming meltdown, threating me and cursing. I paid the money, but assured him I would never use his company or recommend anyone to consider them.
He needs to seek help not additional victims of his wrath.

I absolutely would recommend this company and I couldn't have been more comfortable or pleased with the 2 gentleman that were in my home. Anthony & Ceaser did a great job & gave me a very fair price. 5 stars & 5 thumbs up!!!

These fine folks replaced the inside electric circuit panel, wired in the water heater after a shoddy job by someone else and added two out door plugins --- they were quick, professional, friendly, informed and did perfect work. Not cheap --- but the value is great and its nice to have first rate work done. I'll always recommend them and will have them back soon to upgrade more of the old wiring in this house of ours .......

Recently had a variety of work completed at my home including moving outlets, adding smart lights, and generator plug. Kevin and Ren did an excellent job. They were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and considerate. I would recommend them without any hesitation

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The guy that claimed to be the owner spent 2.5 hours taking off all my outlet plates to try to find a ground wire. He only charged me for an hour because I was not going to pay for someone to do nothing. He never found a ground wire and told me he would have to run one from my panel. He told me he would send an estimate but never did, luckily for me. He did change two outlets and I found out later one was installed backwards. I hired another company that came out found the ground and fixed my issue in 45 minutes. I do not recommend you use this company!

Kevin and Renn of Perfect Electric are the best! I have used this company from small to large jobs. They have earned my trust for service and price. A shout-out to the office staff, too for helping me with a homeowner's insurance issue. These people are just there for you in every way.

Bob and his crew are VERY knowable and have truly mastered their trade. After I did what everyone does price shopped and paid for several estimates. It was Perfect Electric that came out and the diagnosed the problem within minutes and completed the repairs within an hour. Also their prices were well within the budget I had set aside for this project. I will from here on out ONLY refer Perfect Electric to all my friends and family. We have to upgrade inside electrical panels and outside meters for my rental property located in Ft. Lauderdale.
After reading all the reviews, we decided to call Perfect Electrical Company.
Jessy who is pleasant and knowledgeable to answer all my questions.
She arranged Kevin to meet us on site, and I got the estimate the same day.

Kevin and Renn were the 2 technicians came to do the 2 1/2 days work. They worked very hard to complete the job, no break, no phone conversation, just focus on what they have to accomplish.

We were very pleased to find Perfect Electric Company to do this big job.

Perfect Electric is a very professional electric company and their electricians know what they are doing. The owner Bob Frank came up to my house to give me a quote and ended up doing the job at the same time. Great job and clean work! I recommend these guys and will use them in the future when in need of electrical work!
