Our office is under total construction from the recent flood in downtown FTL. Palladium has been redoing our office over the last two months not only are they doing an excellent job, they are reliable and professional. I would highly recommend Palladium.

I had an absolute nightmare experience, and deeply regret every second I spent trusting Google reviews to hire this contractor for my home renovation. From the get-go, it was a disaster. The plumbing in my kitchen and bathroom was an utter joke, compelling me to shell out more money to fix their egregious blunders—think loose pipes, missing P-traps, and SharkBite fittings recklessly hidden within walls.

Their handling of a gas line was criminally negligent, leaving a gas leak in my kitchen that could've blown us to kingdom come. And let's talk about the atrocious materials they used—countertops that might as well have been made of paper, staining if you so much as looked at them wrong. The tiling, the only job they didn't completely botch, ended up damaged and stained because of their utter carelessness.

The renovation team? A bunch of rude, unprofessional thieves, pilfering materials I paid good money for. And the audacity to charge me for painting and a shower door replacement, only to deliver work so shoddy it's laughable. I paid directly to these clowns they sent over, which didn't make a difference because the work was still horrendous. The painting looked like it was done by a blindfolded toddler, and the 'new' shower door was a leaky, used piece of junk.

Their lack of coordination was beyond infuriating, screwing up the kitchen and countertop designs so royally that there wasn't even space for basic appliances. Despite my repeated attempts to get them to fix their countless screw-ups, my complaints were met with nothing but silence. Their blatant disregard for my concerns and their refusal to rectify their slapdash mistakes forced me to fire them, a decision that, while absolutely necessary, left me fuming over the wasted time and resources.

Firing them was the last straw in a series of infuriating encounters. It's a lesson learned the hard way about the absolute necessity of a detailed contract. Without it, you're just inviting these charlatans to cut corners, especially when payments are made under the table, directly to these so-called contractors or their incompetent subcontractors. It's a surefire way to double your costs, dealing with the aftermath of their abysmal and negligent work.

Palladium Construction did an outstanding job on our full house remodel! Our project manager Ashkan, provided us with regular updates throughout the entire process, from meeting with the designer and selecting materials to getting approvals for all of the necessary permits. Every subcontractor Palladium hired was professional, courteous, and highly skilled at what they do - creating a final product that exceeds all expectations! We are so happy with how everything turned out; there is no doubt we will be recommending them when someone needs quality remodeling services. I needed a bathtub installed in place of shower, got a few quotes, and went with Palladium because they were least expensive and seemed most professional. I was not wrong. They finished the job very quickly, and did a high quality job. Recommended 👍

Called to request an estimate for a project, but the person who answered apparently the owner was extremely rude and didn’t even allow me to explain the scope of the work. He immediately quoted $150K to add a bedroom and bathroom in a garage with permits.

The interaction was both unprofessional and disrespectful.
Just a heads-up: there are plenty of other companies out there that value your time and treat clients with respect.

Orusha is a blessing! In a world of unreliable contractors, he tackles problems (i.e. with getting permit) promptly and efficiently. Truly a pleasure to work and communicate with him! He did a concrete driveway job for me at the end of my home remodeling and I wished I knew him and hired him to do it all. He made three trips to the city to get my permit, each time tried to make it easy for me, came in person to get my signatures, gave me a status update, and was always available when I had follow up questions. Started the actual job when he said he would, sent me pictures when I wasn't there and finished when he said he would. His subcontractors did a fine job with the driveway, it passed inspection with flying colors and it looks very professional to the untrained eye.
I am sparing the time to write this long review because I truly believe the service I received is worthwhile. Will hire again!

Palladium construction was incredible! They helped us pick the right design, style, and color scheme for our remodel. Everything they did seemed effortless. They were so nice that even though we didn't like the way something came out, they gladly changed it something else to appeal to our taste. When unforseen issues occurred, they came to us with solutions instead of just stating the problem. With a house FULL of furniture, they were able to redo our floors without any of our stuff getting damaged. At the end of every day, they would clean and organize their work area so it wouldn't be in our way. I would recommend anyone to use palladium.

We moved to Florida from Virginia last year and in January 2024 began a complete renovation of our Ft. Lauderdale home. We were fortunate to find and work with Orusha and Ashkan Ashrafi of Palladium Construction on the renovation project which included completely redoing bathrooms, kitchen and plumbing—everything from the floors and walls to the fixtures and appliances, and the entire drainage of the home. We couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome and the experience with Palladium, especially since everyone told us South Florida contractors couldn’t be trusted. In terms of pricing, Palladium offered us very competitive rates without compromising on quality. I believe the value for money was excellent, and we encountered no hidden costs or unexpected expenses along the way. I seriously doubt that any contractor delivering similar quality would be able to beat Palladium’s pricing.

Further, what stood out about Orusha and Ashkan were their honesty and conscientiousness. Throughout the project, we were kept well-informed and were provided frequent updates, and any questions or concerns we had were immediately answered or resolved which I greatly appreciated. When we encountered unexpected situations during the renovations, the reservoir of trust and good relations which had developed enabled both sides to work through them and find workable approaches.

Through it all, Orusha was a pleasure to interact with. Besides being responsive, he was very approachable and friendly. These qualities helped to make what would normally be a very stressful process much less so. On several occasions, Orusha made helpful suggestions and provided us with insight that improved the overall outcome of the renovations. He seemed to demand the same high level of performance from everyone involved with the project, whether the sub-contractors he used or his own crew. I can now say that we are very thrilled with our “new” home!

I highly recommend Palladium to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, skilled, and competitively priced contractor. We were not disappointed, and I don’t think you would be either.
