Terry Klob who runs this shady company is a complete scammer who either
Incompetent buffoon or a straight forward scam artist. I hired him to build a home a year go. He kept telling me that he is taking care of the permit but nothing eve got done. Finally, I called the city building department and they told he has not submitted any corrections to my permit application for a year. Then he stopped answering calls and text messages and is still nowhere to be found. He also took money from me for permit related expenses and windows and I am now forced to take legal action against him. I have no word to describe how dishonest and unprofessional of a builder he is. Please do not give this guy any money and just run!

Highly reliable general contractor with excellent workmanship. They managed the entire renovation process smoothly, stayed on schedule, and maintained great communication throughout. Every detail was handled carefully, and the final result was high quality. I am very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.

Being disabled I was not able to get into my shower. The floor was sunken and there was a metal lip preventing my shower chair from entering. Michael was able in three days to convert my shower into an barrier free shower with a glass door over 30 “ wide. Raise the floor and eliminate the barriers. They’re very neat and they put down protection from the entrance of the house to the bathroom. They are very professional. They built it to an ADA code I would highly recommend them. They were competitive in price

I met Michael when he was hired to renovate a condo that I sold as the listing agent for the previous owner. The before/after was astonishing. Very impressive attention to detail. They did a full renovation with permits and were finished in something ridiculous like 4 months. I know Michael was responsible for many of the design decisions. I was told direct from the owner they came in on budget and he was very happy. I've recommended him since.

I hired Bickoff Construction and worked with owner Michael Bickoff to remodel our entire 2 bed 2 bath condo on the Galt Ocean Mile in Fort Lauderdale FL.

Bickoff Construction created a design for the condo that exceeded our expectations. Due to my busy schedule, Mr. Bickoff was nice enough to fly up to Boston prior to the construction starting to review all the details with my family. He even took us out to dinner at Del Frisco's in Boston.

Once the permits were in hand, Bickoff Construction started right away and remodeled our entire condo. The scope of work included removing walls per new design and replacing the following: flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, closets, air conditioning and interior doors.

The final product exceeded our expectations and was completed in less then 3 months. We would hire Bickoff Construction again in the future and have referred them to our friends and family.

From initial planning to detail finishing of our beautiful newly renovated kitchen, Michael Bickoff has been spot on with all facets of this project. The workmen he provided for each tier of construction were talented, experienced and careful in our home. This was white glove service in work boots. Highly recommended.

We just finished a complete renovation (to include studs, drywall, and HVAC) of our two bedroom, two bath condo on the Galt Ocean Mile. Cannot sing the praises of Mike Bickoff and his crew loud enough. After a thorough review with many different companies, Bickoff Construction stood above all the rest with a great design plan, and an aggressive, yet realistic timeframe to accomplish the job. It was an easy decision and one which I never questioned throughout the process. Due to my limited availability and to allow the whole family to take part in the design decisions, Mike flew all the way to Boston to make it easier for us to choose the right materials for the project. He took my wife and I out to breakfast, discussed his philosophy and sought input from us on design ideas. He asked pointed questions that helped develop an exceptional blueprint and design. The quality of Mike’s work was exceptional, he managed it from start to finish, with outstanding advice. He was always really quick to return calls and was exceptionally proactive with updates. He worked all issues out with the condo association and management, and filed for all of the permits. In addition, he worked to get the best prices for top quality products and ensured his folks’ craftsmanship was top-notch. Being from out of town and using this as an investment property, Mike ensured the renovation was done on time, even ensuring the right appliances were installed correctly, adding closets and window treatments to ensure the condo showed well for prospective renters. Upon completion, Mike even staged the condo with many nice amenities. Mike went on to recommend a top quality realtor who was able to rent the condo within 30 days. I absolutely recommend Mike and Bickoff Construction for any renovation project you may have, it will be one of the best decisions you ever made!

Michael and Ted Bickoff were very accommodating. They always returned our phone calls and made changes we requested as the need arose. Loving my new kitchen! It was demolished and rebuilt in just two weeks. Michael took me shopping for tile, hardware and the countertop. The workers were polite, showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of the day.Michael and Ted carefully planned each day and the job went smoothly. We remodeled our master bathroom by taking out the large corner tub, reconfiguring the shower, closing a window and changing the vanities, which necessitated many county inspections. The job was estimated to take 5-6 weeks, and it was done at the beginning of the 6 th week. All of the materials were top of the line and Michael’s recommendations for finishes were spot on. The sub-contractors were very well coordinated so there was no down time. We highly recommend Bickoff Construction for any remodeling needs.

From picking out cabinets, hardware and appliances for our home in Valencia Pointe, Michael guided us, but let Carol & I pick what we wanted.
