Air Conditioner broke over the weekend, spoke to Advanced Air on Monday, Arrived on Tuesday to provide quote, signed contract and he ordered the new Rheem at that moment to be delivered to their warehouse on Wed. Install appointment scheduled for Thursday, 2 workers arrived on time and completed the work the same day. They work efficiently, cleaned up their work area, and disposed of the old unit. Their work is very neat, hey were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great Unit for a Great Price! Thanks Advanced Air Systems! I would definitely recommend!

Our company has worked with Advanced Air Systems for approximately 25 years for all of our Retail and Office space. We work with Advanced Air Systems from the technicians as well as their office staff. They are all pleasant and professional and they give their full attention to the issue that we are calling about.

I have yearly maintenance done on my AC because it runs all the time. Dennis came out and went above and beyond. We have a pump system that was put in a couple of years ago. He took the pump apart and really gave it a good cleaning. All the pipes were cleaned out well. I wanted to make sure the system was ready for the summer. Thanks Dennis!

They did a great job! They installed my air conditioner back in 2012 and came back today (2021) first time since then, have not had an issue until now, and for AC maintenance… They were outstanding customer service back then an even better current day! I have been using this company now for 5 years. They maintain my 3 zone AC systems, from general maintenance to repairs and if needed new installation . They are exceptionally honorable , diligent, equally talented, and getting the job done correctly. In the event their are issues they will always do the right thing by their customer.
Lastly I wanted to give a special call out of thank to the team for coming thru for me when most needed. I had a compressor short out on me with no AC. One of my family members had surgery and when coming home really needed to be in a AC environment. I Contacted Advanced Air, spoke with Paul on a Saturday and he assured me that he would be getting someone to the house and get my AC back and running. Without having to chase anyone down they came when promised and did the job to perfection.
I would highly recommend this company . They are solid.

Service mechanic came well within the service window and did a good job very efficiently. We've use Advanced Air for regular maintenance for many years, and had them install a replacement air conditioner last year. Highly recommended!

Advanced Air Systems has now installed two A/C units for me. One system was very complex and for a large warehouse, the other for the offices in the warehouse. Install was done quickly, on time, and for a very competitive price. Their follow-up is excellent. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Thank you, Advanced team!

I have been using Advanced Air Systems now for nearly 3 years. I own a home with three separate AC systems. They have been maintaining them and servicing on a service plan that I have with them . Recently I had to replace one of my AC systems due to age. I replaced both the Air Handler and Compressor. I was totally impressed on how smooth the job went. Not only did they take the time prior to the install to survey the property in order to make sure that all sizing for space was correct, they actually executed to perfection. They are prompt on scheduling and you always get a call back in the event you need service. Lastly I would like to thank Fiorella who handles the intake calls and Paul and Wisley the Installers, and of course Sergio who has been servicing my AC units now for many years. Very professional organization.

The technician who serviced our air-conditioning unit this morning was terrific. He was friendly and efficient, and gave us a lot of advice about maintaining the system that I did not know previously. As a new Florida resident, I appreciated his advice.

Advanced Air Systems was a wonderfully professional group to work with. They made us a priority and made a major repair in a very short time frame which was critical as we work from home (and not a sauna!). It is so refreshing to work with a company that does what it says it is going to do when it says it is going to do it and with genuinely friendly people!!

Erin the HVAC Service Coordinator and Jude the Tech were absolutely helpful and provided me with exceptional service. Jude the tech had to come back late in the evening to fix my AC issue because he understood how frustrated I was and how hot it was in the house. He took his time to do a great work. He made sure everything was working well before he left my house. Erin was great. She continued to update me with what was going on with finding the unit that fits my home. Thank you Erin and Jude.

Have been using Advanced Air Systems for 8 years now for service maintenance; prompt, reliable & expert service every 6 months. Recently decided to replace my aging AC unit & asked for pricing; an estimator came out, evaluated my needs & a day later, provided me with a detailed contract with pricing & all inclusions. Very impressed; importantly, in doing some comparison inquiries, cost was very reasonable & below what other vendors charged. Contract signed, new unit ordered, delivered & installed in about a week -wow! Installation was professional & technicians did multiple checks sure my unit was up & running effectively. Couldn’t be any more satisfied & what I thought would be a big to-do was made easy. Will continue my regular service maintenance with this vendor too, no need to ever look elsewhere.
P.S. Of note, the office staff at Advanced Air is a pleasure to do business with; know their jobs, always follow-ups & great people skills.
