I called Vincent at Super Cool to fix my pool water heater. He was very responsive, arrived on time, fixed the problem quickly, and followed up with me afterward. The cost of his service was as expected, and we are extremely happy with his work. We'll be using Super Cool again!

Vince was an absolute professional. Trustworthy. He has worked with my Parents and I won’t call anybody else. He even picked up the phone at 10 o’clock at night and was there first thing in the morning.

Just recently our AC was compromised by a power surge. FPL kept saying the power to the house was on but we didn't have any electricity anywhere. Found Hudson who came out and managed to reinstate everything, however, the AC unit suffered damage. Being that it was an older unit, we got some bids as well as from Hudson to replace both the inside and outside components. All bids were comparable, however, Hudson stood out as he listed absolutely everything with a 10 year warranty unlike the others. Hudson made this transition painless and quickly. Everything went without a hitch. Hudson is personable and honest and we will definitely use him for all our electrical moving forward. He does what he says and is fully transparent.
No surprises.

My experience with their drivers on the road left me very upset and nervous, and concerned . I was with my wife on Sunday afternoon 12/8/2024 approximately 2:30 pm...when we abruptly cut off by vehicle numbere 141. If i did not apply brakes, we would have had a major accident with possible injurys . There were two individuals in the work van, heading south on TPKE, close to 836W extension. I normally do not write these reviews, as Miami has very reckless drivers...but this was very close to home. I blew horn, attempting to get attention , but they snickered, laughed, and ignored and sped away . I reached out to company and left a message with "Matt" one of the Jones family members, with my number, as we were very concerned and felt this needed to be addressed. We have yet to get a return call. I hope that there work ethics are more professional than there driving skills. YOU ARE PUTTING PEOPLES LIVES AT RISK BY DRIVING RECKLESSLY, ON A SUNDAY ! HERE IS A PIC OF VAN.
