Employees go to the back to do who knows what for 30 minutes, not just one but two! People waiting and complaining that they will leave and employees answer is “I had to do something”, manager couldn’t care less, won’t sell me a bracket because he’s too busy trying to fix another order that they have messed up

Incompetent retailer. I have a Ducane Mimi split system. They sell Ducane parts but won't tell me service technicians who work on Ducane. They don't want the liability but they could easily say that they are no partnered or affiliated but here is a list of people who can fix your unit.

They always have what I need.great team of guys working at all time manager Luis has everyone on point great job.
