Innovative Cooling isn't fancy or super polished. What it is, however, is a competent, reliable and reasonable a/c repair company I plan to call in the future when I want my air conditioning serviced or replaced.

We had contacted three contractors due to a problem with our HVAC system. The first two contractors did not have a messaging system that indicated who I was calling and there was no response to my messages. Ernesto did pick up on my call. I understand this will not always be the case. He was able to schedule me for the next morning and unfortunately for us the entire unit had to be replaced. He was able to schedule me within two days for the entire install, he took pictures of his work and responded quickly to any questions.The cost was very competitive. He is definitely my go to company for HVAC in Miami, Florida.

The technician came out within the hour of my call. Identified a blown transformer and replaced it on the spot. Great service in my opinion. Price was worth it considering my house was an oven. I believe this was the second time we've called them for different issues over the years. I'd definitely use them again!
