I have to say that Wilkins is the very best in his field. He was definitely challenged when he came to fix my ac and what seemed like an easy fix ended up being a nightmare. He worked and problem solved until he fixed the problem which ended up being a series of things. He is honest and straightforward, he will tell you the problem and the solution and no BS. It’s hard to find people who love what they do, he is definitely pationate and will make sure he gets the job done. I highly recommend this company, there aren’t words to describe how happy I am with his service.

So far I love this company, they are very polite and try to fix the problem the first time but it doesn't always work out that way. I know they will figure it out. Thank you for being so prompt with coming out.

I had an estimate for duct work the person was very knowledgeable and gave a good idea what needed to be done with a great price . The work was excellent I was very satisfied.

The AC stopped blowing cold air here. I rent and these folks reached out by text explaining they were ready to go, I gave them permission to get the key and they took care of everything. This was some time ago, and no problems to date. The person who texted me did so respectfully and efficiently and seemed really kind even through text. I had to opportunity to use Kings Air from a referral of a friends mom..(June 2021). I have to say she delivered when she told me about an a.c. company that can resolve my issue of a replacement unit at an affordable price...(priced around 3 other major companies) They did a custom fitting on 2 installs...one was a 1.5 ton unit that was out dated but were able to find a install along with rewiring and duct work for the whole outfitting with a clean and finish result along with installing a separate 2 ton unit at a another location.. I received a great price for both units and install along with both jobs completed in the same week and with a warranty im pleased with... My place is ice cold also having a new unit i noticed the electric bill has gone down significantly with the new install...so its a double win...a little money was spent for a long term return!! My house is cold and they made sure not to burn a hole in my pocket... Thanks Kings Air... Great service and informative on what my issue was and the differences in upgrades and what the new unit will provide and deliver....safe to say...moms always know who's best when it comes to a great deal!! 👌

My Air conditioner went out and after reading reviews of different companies I decided to try Kings Air conditioning, and I’m more than pleased with their service. Their service technician arrived on time as expected and was very thorough with explaining what was wrong with my A/C and made sure I understood by answering all of my questions. Their quickness, professionalism, transparency and affordability was amazing and I will definitely use them in the future.

I typically don’t write reviews…These guys are very professional. They charge reasonable prices and they know what they are doing. I have been using them for over 5 years and I have never had any recalls. They have always gone over and beyond to get the jobs done in an efficient manner.
