Dont know the business but I can definitely say that this van was driving extremely reckless, almost crashed me today just trying to pass me on heavy traffic, really bad face for the company.

Airstron Mechanical has amazing service, extremely knowledgeable guys, always ready to help, always on time or before. If they say 7am, they are usually there from 6:30@. Bob has put together an amazing team. I am extremely happy with their service and will continue to work with them.

They came to my unit and charge me to repair, clean and maintenance but the next they my A/C started to make a huge noise.
Called them back and they charge me 140.00(just to visit) and send me new huge new quote 3 times I paid before.
Both visit the guy tried to push 1/2 hour more then he stays in my place.

They quoted $245 for the first hour of work, and $210 for hours thereafter. The guy was here for 1:40h and I got charged $680. When I called, they told me they were charging me the travel time to my home, which was completely deceiving. In the end they agreed to only charge me for the time worked, but that they had a policy of charging 2 hours minimum. Supposedly I will get the refund. Let's see how that goes, but to me, these guys are deceiving; can't trust them.

Whoever is driving the company vehicle should get their license revoked. Currently speeding down Rock Island in a school zone while weaving in and out of traffic and almost causing a car accident.

Reckless driving in a school zone, texting and driving. almost crashed into me with my two kids in the car. This company needs to do something about their drivers before they hurt somebody on the road. 6months ago someone also made a complaint and nobody has done anything about it . Do better!!!

Do not use this company. They changed me me 250.00 for a used circuit breaker.
A new one would of cost $40.00 Then they were supposed to email me a receipt they sent me one for 180.00.
